Every time CodeLitt has added staff to join our teams they have fit in immediately with the rest of the team and added critical expertise. CodeLitt designers, product managers, and engineers have helped us meet our goals of constant and rapid product iteration. Each of these projects met their primary goals which were around adoption, satisfaction, and application performance.

Most impressive: they are always able to find great staff quickly even in very niche areas. The most unique aspect is the team behind each person. • Investor dashboard feature contributed to significant rise in ap engagement and reinvestment rates.
• New onboarding process resulted in a 30% rise in booked investor calls from new users immediately after implementaiton and increased number of leads. 
• New investor onboarding flow reduced errors in tax comilation by a few multiples.

Codelitt was great to work with. They always delivered on time and were flexible, adapting to our deadlines without any issues. The team was responsive and willing to put in extra effort when needed, which made a big difference. They were easy to communicate with and really worked to make sure everything ran smoothly. The CEO and COO personally took interest in the project and made sure to check in from time to time to make project success. They were also flexible on staffing.

What stood out the most about Codelitt was their team culture. It felt like they were fully invested in our success, almost as if they were part of our own comany. Every team member was highly competent, collaborative, and incredibly easy to work with.

Nothing comes to mind. Codelitt did an excellent job throughout the project, and we were completely satisfied with their work.

Following the platform updates, there was a marked increase in user engagement, with active users in newsrooms regularly engaging on a weekly basis. This was a notable improvement as journalists leveraged the platform for multiple searches per session, enhancing their workflow efficiency and collaboration within newsrooms​.
The engagement rate stabilized, with a reduction in the coefficient of variation for monthly active users from 33% to 11%, indicating a more consistent and reliable user base throughout varying news cycles​.
Expanded User Base and Partnerships:

Codelitt's platform enhancements facilitated a significant expansion in our user base, enabling the onboarding of journalists from over 650 newsrooms globally, including major media outlets such as CNN, BBC, and The New York Times​.
Additionally, new partnerships with organizations like the Institute for Nonprofit News and the National Association of Hispanic Journalists were secured, further supporting our growth in the industry and its reputation as a trusted resource for journalists​.

Timely Deliverables:Codelitt consistently met project milestones, delivering platform updates and technical features according to the established timeline. This punctuality helped our maintain momentum in its growth and launch initiatives, such as the Election Dashboard, without delays​.
