• We needed to create a few emails initially, and as we were scaling the company, we were expecting an increase in the number of emails to be created in the future. As Google provides scalability, we will be able to add new emails also in the future.

With the help of the Google support team, Codelattice has successfully created the users for Explore IT Solutions on Google Workspace Starter. We have experienced huge improvements in flexibility and management after moving to Google Workspace.

The application had to be extremely scalable as we were planning to host live webinars through this platform. This LMS solution from Codelattice integrates with Zoom to deliver the live webinar.

The authorization and authentication of the participants were handled in this system. The participants login to the application in a span of 5 to 10 mins. We wanted a solution that can handle this sort of an influx.

The team consisted of Software Engineer, Test Engineer, Project Coordinator, UI Developer, UX Designer and Account Manager.

We are quite pleased with the results. Our Learning Management Solution is performing better and user experience is matching our expectations. It was well managed.

It is a learning management solution that delivers informative and engaging content detailing the product. The project included the development of the portal, analytics, hosting, and maintenance.

We contacted Vijith, the managing director of Codelattice directly with our requirements. He promptly assigned a project coordinator and we were able to contact the team as and when needed. The number of people involved is unknown to me, but since it was a small project for them, I would guess one or two developers worked on it.

Our course portal is performing excellent and the user experience matches our expectations. We have had no maintenance issues as such to date.

Our goal was to develop a simple, user- friendly cricket campaign chatbot. We were looking for somebody who can both develop and provide support/ maintenance for the chatbot till the world cup ends. We wanted a vendor who can promise us the delivery within the milestone and could excel in support.

The project was to develop a chatbot with which a user can connect on Facebook messenger. One of the features of the chatbot was to predict the winner of each match. The chatbot campaign lasted till the 2019 WorldCup finals and the Codelattice team was offering all the support we needed from time to time.

The Codelattice team is committed to the work. They wanted to make the chatbot better. The team we worked with was based in India, but we're very happy with the response time.

Throughout the project, we had a successful collaboration. The team was using Asana to manage the project. Besides that, both the team were in touch with each other through Skype and Whatsapp. And they were always available even on short notices.

What were your goals for this project?

We were looking for someone capable of leveraging AWS Cloud services to make our customer’s websites work seamlessly. What we were looking for was somebody who is excelling in this job, not somebody who had a roadmap. Our customers rely on online direct bookings. One of the metrics for our customer’s success is the 99.9% uptime of their websites. Also, we wanted an agile and resilient team on the beck of our call in case of any adversities. We wanted a vendor with Proximity to our teams located in Dubai, Mumbai and Berlin.

ResNet was running several critical, high-volume websites in various hosts. We had challenges in maintaining them in terms of security and scalability. We wanted to migrate our server infrastructure to a reliable cloud service like AWS and maintain them.

Critical websites run in multiple Availability Zones in different Regions to ensure data is always available and to enable disaster recovery. We are able to troubleshoot issues quickly. Generally, we have more control over development and operation
