The project involved designing and developing an interactive survey for school children where they would associate words with colors. The survey consisted of 2 tiers depending on grade level and each tier had a different design. At the end of the survey the results were used to determine which word-color combination was most popular.

The timeline was very tight, barely 5 days to complete the 2 tiers (12 screens in total). Codeflash was able to deliver on the dot and continued to offer support for a short while after delivery as well. The project was a success.

Communication was done on MS teams. They are very reactive and have the perfect attitude that is in line with our company culture. Great follow-up and timeliness was impeccable.

An improvement could have been: More attention to small details following Design Guidelines : Some inconsistencies in feature width/heigth, font, color throughout different screens, interactions. But deadline was express, so very happy of the result with the given time.

We first had introduction call to discuss about the testing ticket. After verification of the code for testing ticket we start with 1st sprint. Tickets were assigned through jira. Team of Codeflesh successfully completed 3 sprints so far. On time and within estimated hours.

3-5 people depends on the complexity of the ticket. If required they also aquire other developer with required skill set to complete the task.
