We needed the "Buy now with Prime" function enabled on our Magento 1 site, both for simple products and configurable products as well. The button needed to appear only for items in stock at the FBA warehouse (not necessarily our warehouse) and correctly route those orders from our site to the FAB warehouse for fulfillment.

The Buy Now With Prime function is now available on our e-commerce site, it appears on the correct items and routes orders to FBA correctly.

We transitioned off Shopify to Sticky.io for our subscription business needs. We had no technical expertise building landing pages via HTML, creating subscription portals, or managing Sticky.io. We turned to CodeClouds for this.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

By far the best cost-effective option out there. As a small business, that took precedent and the multiple positive peer reviews we solicited all led us in that direction.

We were on a capped hourly part-time plan for CC for most of the engagement. We sent over tasks, ranked priority, and CC handled them in appropriate order while adhering to their daily hourly caps each day. We used Skype to communicate, which was very helpful to express any concerns that came to mind.

We had about 5 various members of CC working on our project at all times.

We were pleased with the deliverables in terms of Landing Page porting, subscription portal creation, upsell integration, and Sticky.io full set up.

Very good at timely communication. Daily update email + hour tracker is helpful to follow their approach and how big of a task each task is.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Great value. The amount of work produced for the cost is tough to find elsewhere. Have already seen the vast majority of requests we had so they were familiar with most requests. Good at suggesting alternative improvements not specifically requested.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Definite communication barriers at times given English as not native language. Worth the minor hassle to repeat a question or slow down talking for the value of work received.

Processing sales was starting to become and long a difficult process due to changes in the industry and our system at the time was not able to make the necessary changes that was needed. CODECLOUDS not only provided a solution but made the entire process 1,000 times easier and more efficient for myself and my team. CODECLOUDS also builds all my websites for my projects.

I was referred to CODECLOUDS through a friend in the industry and once I was made aware of the services provided it was a no brainier for me to go with CODECLOUDS.

CODECLOUDS developed a software that was able to provided the necessary fields required by issuing banks during the sale process. I had to ability to customize everything. Which gateway received sales, which sales were settled, etc.

CODECLOUDS provided me with 2 teams with 7 people in each. One team handled the back end of things such as setting up servers working with API's and databases. The other team handled the interface side of things and handled any daily operation issues.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

CODECLOUDS pretty much saved my business and I am confident i would have closed down shop long ago if was not for the solutions they were able to provide for me. Prior to working with CODECLOUDS my processing times took me about 2-3 hrs a day and now it takes my 30-45 min which allows me to work on other tasks.

Communication is top notch. I always received a response within 24 hrs and majority of the time it was to let me know the task was completed. Of course bigger project took a bit longer but they always kept me in the loop. My account manager was available anytime I reached out to him and assisted me with whatever I need via email, telephone, telegram.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What has impressed me most is the knowledge CODECLOUDS has. I cannot think of a single issue they were not able to resolve or a time that I had to explain the problem a second time. That to me is priceless. I tried to cut corners in the past before CODECLOUDS and it has cost me lots of time and money.

Notification of features in the software. As these are added I would like to get some kind of notice letting me know something new is available.

We have daily short meetings with their dedicated staff for us to discuss main priority tasks. We use Asana so we add tasks there and prioritize during meeting. They are easy to communicate with, experienced developers, and highly professional.

We worked on a few projects, two different teams. Both times it was good, quality work. right now we have a Project manager, a Developer and urgent support 24/7 contacts.
