BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CTO of the company and lead the development team. I need to make sure that new features are developed seamlessly and ensure timely releases of our product.

For what projects/services did your company hire CodeAI Labs, and what were your goals?

We hired them to work on our product called ARK ONE. It's a Relocation tool that ensures the smooth moving of expats from one place to another. Code AI worked on web development and mobile app development of ARK OKE. we started in 2019 and till date use their services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were referred to us by a friend. We reviewed their past projects and also talked to their past clients.

The scope included the design and development of all the web panels including all the stakeholders of the platform. Apart from design and development of our panels, they also worked on the mobile app which were completely native in nature. The web platforms are built on Mean Stack technology.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

2 people worked with us namely Jaskaran and Vipul. Both work as Senior Developer.

Overall, we are satisfied with their quality and sense of responsibility.

We follow Agile and all the tasks are assigned on Trello. Daily calls are also conducted in order to share the status and queries.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their knowledge in MEAN is great.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It can be unit testing.
