Page designs that were delivered to the deve team that they could implement.

Items were delivered on time, and if there were going to be delays, communication was clear on ETA. Additionally, Coalesce provided resource after final design work was done to make sure pages could be implemented successfully.

When we started our business, we hired Coalesce to create a website and branding.

Coalesce built a website for us to sell tickets for an event we organized last March. They also created a brand guide for us.

We worked with three people from Coalesce, including Justin (Director of Architecture).

How did you come to work with Coalesce?

We worked together with Coalesce at our founder's previous company. Their team was great to work with, so we decided to hire them for this project.

We spent around $55,000 on this project.

We worked with Coalesce on this project from October 2023–March 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We sold the number tickets we expected to sell for our event through the website Coalesce built for us.

How did Coalesce perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered everything on time and within budget. They also responded well to our needs. We primarily communicated through Slack.

Justin was a pleasure to work with — he was a tremendously good person and knowledgeable.

Their communication and responsiveness were impressive.

We engaged with Coalesce to design a CMS system that allowed non-technical users to build engaging digital experiences on top of our conversational AI platform in an intuitive manner.

After vetting several agencies, it was clear that Coalesce was more than a design agency but would operate as a true collaborator in the process.  They were eager to dive deep into the capabilities of the technology and to understand users and their ambitions.
