What specific goals or objectives did you hire Coalesce to accomplish?

We hired Coalesce to help us create a new program that included strategy, design, development, and marketing to execute it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Coalesce built the strategy, design, development, and marketing to execute a great workplaces program. This involved working with internal stakeholders to ensure the positioning was correct and designing it to align with our brand standards. The team also created marketing outreach and assets and developed the website for the program.
Moreover, Coalesce helped us review other programs and determine the best way to execute the program. They provided our internal team with all the assets to run marketing campaigns, emails, sales outreach, and user outreach.

We started working with Coalesce on this project in January 2026 and finished it March 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Users are viewing the program, and we’ve had sales calls about the program. We’ve also had winning recipients posting publicly about the accolade.

How did Coalesce perform from a project management standpoint?

Coalesce’s project management is great. We mainly communicate through virtual meetings and email. 

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

Coalesce brings a huge amount of creative energy and thought into each project we’ve done with them. They’re willing to push the boundaries and scale back when appropriate. They’re great creative partners, not just delivering what we ask for but going above and beyond to make any project the best and most impactful it can be.

Items were delivered on time, and if there were going to be delays, communication was clear on ETA. Additionally, Coalesce provided resource after final design work was done to make sure pages could be implemented successfully.

When we started our business, we hired Coalesce to create a website and branding.

Coalesce built a website for us to sell tickets for an event we organized last March. They also created a brand guide for us.

We worked together with Coalesce at our founder's previous company. Their team was great to work with, so we decided to hire them for this project.

We sold the number tickets we expected to sell for our event through the website Coalesce built for us.

How did Coalesce perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered everything on time and within budget. They also responded well to our needs. We primarily communicated through Slack.
