CNJ was working on a lot of our web sites, apps and mobile apps. They have worked on everything - from concepts, to UX & design, implementation, deployment, maintenance, etc. They have delivered several marketing related web pages, web apps that served as sales tools (improving the customer experience) and a mobile app that is being used by tens of thousands of heating installers every month (Installer App).

They delivered all their tasks and requirements on time and within scope. When there were issues with e.g. delivery, they were proactive to fix them and they also proactively contributed to scoping and speccing phases. We were running a SCRUM process with them.

There were some hiccups with one of the SCRUM masters but have been fixed after raising the issue.

CNJ was hired to produce a digital twin of the environment and perform test on how the it would affect the user experience. During the project they were involved in collecting and preparing the data needed later on needed for machine learning reasons. They were also responsible for producing the control panel for users to monitor the system.

Additionally, they have been asked to create an HTML5 browser game for the same project. The agency has also worked on a fundraising project called "Music for the Future". They have created a system that utilizes NFC tags to facilitate digital donations. The agency has been asked to create a donation widget that uses an iframe, which can be placed on third-party domains. The widget is able to gather donations using Stripe, PayPal, and SMS for UNICEF Slovenia.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• For the website and digital strategy for "Kako se počutiš," success was measured by an increase in website traffic and engagement metrics such as time spent on the site and pages viewed per session. Measurable outcomes for the HTML5 browser game included the number of game plays, time spent playing the game, and engagement metrics such as social shares or comments. For the "Music for the Future" fundraising project using NFC tags, measurable outcomes included the number of donations received, the amount of money raised, and engagement metrics such as social shares or comments.
