Must Have: 
1. General Requirements: 
Secure user authentication system. I would prefer the ability to use the student’s azure active directory email address to login, but would work with using password, maybe two-factor authentication for additional security. 
User-friendly dashboard for each user category: students, employers, and faculty/staff. 
Mobile-responsive design. 
Integrated analytics and reporting tools. 
Notifications and alerts system. 
Comprehensive search feature with filtering options. 
Cloud-based storage for data redundancy and backup. 
2. Student Section: 
Secure student profile creation. 
Resume upload functionality with standard formats supported (PDF, DOCX). 
Job search functionality with filters (e.g., location, job type, industry). 
A space to provide a curated list of video courses on soft-skills/job preparation topics. I will create the videos, I just need a space to view them

Milestone 1: Project Setup and Initial Development (Payment due 11/27/2023) 
Completion of detailed project specifications: All features, workflows, and designs should be documented. 
Setup of development environment: The company should have all the necessary tools, access, and environments set up for development. 
Initial design mockups and user flows: The company provides the designs for key pages and user interactions for review and approval. 
Foundation of the codebase: This includes the basic back-end setup (server, database, etc.) and front-end structure (static pages). 
Initial deployment pipeline setup: A basic version of the project should be deployable to a staging environment. 
Milestone 2: Core Functionality Development Completion of core platform functionalities: 
User account creation and management for students, employers, and staff.

The project successfully achieved all the objectives we had set out from the beginning. The website was delivered on time and met all our requirements. Specifically, the website’s functionality is smooth, the design is modern and user-friendly, and we have seen an increase in user engagement and positive feedback from visitors. Additionally, the site’s performance metrics, such as loading speed and responsiveness, are well within industry standards, contributing to a better user experience.

The project management was excellent. They consistently delivered all milestones on time and were very organized in their approach. Communication was smooth throughout the process, and they were always quick to respond to any requests or changes we had. Overall, their responsiveness and attention to detail made the collaboration very effective.

Additionally, their commitment to delivering excellent results while maintaining a transparent and collaborative working process truly set them apart.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Cloudtach could have done differently?

Overall, we were very satisfied with the project, but if I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be in providing more detailed updates during the development phases. While the communication was good, more frequent insights into the progress, even with smaller details, could have helped us feel even more aligned with the project’s development. That said, any minor concerns we had were quickly addressed, and they were always open to feedback.

I was approached by Cloudtach offering web development services and after I looked at previous work and had a chat with Ubaid I decided that they were a good fit for the website implementation.

The projet involvd implementation of an existing website design on the Figma platform. The implementation involved HTML CSS and Javascript frameworks.

The project went well. I was presented with an initial implementation which I tested and provided some feedback points that were quickly addressed. The end result was an accurate implementation of the design.

We had a few video calls and the rest was done via email which was appropriate for the level of project complexity.
