Define the scope and requirements of the project: This involves identifying the specific use cases, requirements, and success criteria for the project. 

• Evaluate Salesforce cases and set up your instance: Conduct a detailed analysis of Salesforce cases and configure your instance to meet your specific requirements. 
• Develop a data migration plan: Define the data migration strategy, determine the scope of the data to be migrated, and develop a plan for migrating the data from Zendesk to Salesforce. 
• Develop a training plan: Develop a training plan that includes training on Salesforce cases as well as any new processes or workflows that are being introduced as part of the migration. 
• Develop a testing plan: Develop a testing plan that includes unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure that the system is working as expected. 
• Execute the migration: Execute the migration plan, including migrating data, testing the system, and training users. Post-migration support: Provide support to users and address any issues that arise after the migration.

We successfully moved our ticketing from Zendesk to Salesforce Cases. We are still working on efficiencies according to employee needs but was a very successful move.

In my interactions with Vivek and Cloud Cache, I've been genuinely pleased with their performance. Ability to demonstrate relationship between existing and custom objects. Ability to show how system aligned with defined workflows. Confirmation that portal was enabled and client visibility was limited to associated records.

The project was managed very well even with multiple change requests from our side. We collectively tracked status of each development requirement associated with project objectives. CloudCache provided regular updates and would notify us of any delays or risks in the project. They were very responsive to needs and collaborative in resolving identified risks or challenges.

I really appreciated the culture of CloudCache and how they worked with us. Their team was very supportive and collaborative in solving challenges that arose during development. They responded to our needs and ensured the system would enhance our business operations.

We were looking to integrate our ERP system with Salesforce. Cloudcache helped fully integrate and automate between the two systems and continue to provide customizations to fully utilize SalesForce and our ERP system.

They came highly recommended and they were very knowledgeable about Salesforce and systems. We began work with them and continue to use them on retainer as they have delivered on several projects.

Vivek was hired to do a Hook integration between two systems that allowed data to be passed between the two to return results of an algorithm for ranking deals

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had worked with this vendor on several other projects and his performance and professionalism was hands down second to none.

There were 4 milestones we needed. We needed three hook integrations built, one for each object that would have a ranking live on it where a number of fields would be sent to the third party's algorithm. The final milestone was to build an integration log to identify issues and then a batch script to clear out the records every 10 days to keep data storage low.

I only worked with Vivek.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Vivek delivered on all deadlines. He was able to be flexible with deadlines as well and communicated affectively with the third party to resolve all roadblocks and issues that arose during building and testing.

Vivek works quickly and professionally. He is helpful with discovery if needed, he will use upwork messages to communicate as well as google meets. He is happy to get on a call with the third party and walk through any issues to help them where he can by giving guidance as to what they are missing.

Their professionalism and project execution are amazing. Vivek is easy to work with and is very flexible. He goes above and beyond for his clients and helps to make sure everything tests and is executed 100%.
