We were looking to integrate our ERP system with Salesforce. Cloudcache helped fully integrate and automate between the two systems and continue to provide customizations to fully utilize SalesForce and our ERP system.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They came highly recommended and they were very knowledgeable about Salesforce and systems. We began work with them and continue to use them on retainer as they have delivered on several projects.

We needed our ERP system to push and pull data from SalesForce to fully sync with the CRM system.

Multiple people worked on this project including the founder who was heavily involved.

Our ERP and SalesForce CRM continue to work well together with the integration they implemented. We continue to work with them on further customization projects.

Vivek was hired to do a Hook integration between two systems that allowed data to be passed between the two to return results of an algorithm for ranking deals

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had worked with this vendor on several other projects and his performance and professionalism was hands down second to none.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

There were 4 milestones we needed. We needed three hook integrations built, one for each object that would have a ranking live on it where a number of fields would be sent to the third party's algorithm. The final milestone was to build an integration log to identify issues and then a batch script to clear out the records every 10 days to keep data storage low.

I only worked with Vivek.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Vivek delivered on all deadlines. He was able to be flexible with deadlines as well and communicated affectively with the third party to resolve all roadblocks and issues that arose during building and testing.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Vivek works quickly and professionally. He is helpful with discovery if needed, he will use upwork messages to communicate as well as google meets. He is happy to get on a call with the third party and walk through any issues to help them where he can by giving guidance as to what they are missing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their professionalism and project execution are amazing. Vivek is easy to work with and is very flexible. He goes above and beyond for his clients and helps to make sure everything tests and is executed 100%.
