How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had worked with this vendor on several other projects and his performance and professionalism was hands down second to none.

There were 4 milestones we needed. We needed three hook integrations built, one for each object that would have a ranking live on it where a number of fields would be sent to the third party's algorithm. The final milestone was to build an integration log to identify issues and then a batch script to clear out the records every 10 days to keep data storage low.

Vivek delivered on all deadlines. He was able to be flexible with deadlines as well and communicated affectively with the third party to resolve all roadblocks and issues that arose during building and testing.

He is happy to get on a call with the third party and walk through any issues to help them where he can by giving guidance as to what they are missing.
