We reached out to Cloudsystems to build our website from scratch and redesign our conpany logo. Cloudsystems were more than happy to immediately start on this peoject and we had many adjustments that we made along the way and Cloudsystems were absolutely happy to assist in any change or feedback we provided.

Eventually they delivered an exact, and in fact a better version of what we expected our website to be. We are very glad that we chose to work with Cloudsystems in both building our website and our logo, enhancing our brand and company identity.

I’m a manager at a gym. We provide classes for our clients; we have a gym area and an outdoor pool.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cloud Systems?

We needed a system to operate and track the customers of people coming in and out, the types of memberships we have, and expired memberships.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cloud Systems developed software to help us operate and manage our clients’ memberships from scratch. The team was also responsible for the solution’s design. They included functionalities to extract reports and track certain details. Since the solution is for the internal use of our employees, who have long hours, I requested a friendly UX and an easily accessible system.

The system has a dashboard with general information, including active members, birthdays, and the memberships that expire that day. Cloud Systems also added a feature to see members’ details, including payments, personal training sessions, and classes. Currently, Cloud Systems provides maintenance for our software; they handle anything that goes wrong and amendments we request.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with two people from Cloud Systems: the owner and an account manager.

I found them through a recommendation by another Gym. We chose them because they’d worked with many gyms before, so they had an idea of our needs.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent less than $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Cloud Systems is very experienced with this kind of software, making everything easier for us. When they came on board to develop the solution, it was so easy for them to meet my requirements. Additionally, they’re very quick in responding if we have any complaints or issues. Overall, I’m 100% satisfied with Cloud Systems’ service.

How did Cloud Systems perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done great with project management and sticking to timelines and the budget. Since we run long hours at the gym, we sometimes need them urgently, so we have a direct line to them at the front desk through phone calls and text messages. Then, we confirm the communication via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Cloud Systems’ strong points are their fast response and quick delivery. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have constructive feedback; I’m satisfied with their service for now.

Ask Cloud Systems if they’ve worked on a project like yours before. If they have, they’ll be faster and excel more.

Apliman technologies work in the telecom field, in precise the VAS sector. I work for the Products department as a Product Manage.

Apliman hired cloud system so they can develop a general white labeled web portal ( PWA Supported) so users can manage their voicemail service

At apliman we have a pre-partnership program and a post-partnership program. We evaluated like 7 vendors, and then we selected Cloud Systems. The Pre-partnership program considers what follows:

After the evaluating the possible potential partners, cloud system had scored the highest grade

We had a kick off meeting where we introduced the project in details, shared the design, the scope of work and the acceptance criteria. The technology agreed to be used is angular java.

The main contact from Apliman side was the Product Manager. However the team had:

The project was working as expected, apliman and the client were satisfied, the solution was up to our expectations and all acceptance criteria was valid

The team used Jira for agile development, reviews was done by the end of each sprint, we used different ways of communications like:

• whatsApp calls

The team was dedicated, flexible, all updates current and new ones were applied. Communication was very smooth and very open to discuss any feature. The team was innovative and always suggested new features and enhancements to the system.

Actually the deliverables was up to our expectations and matching with our requirements.

We needed a reliable Software that helps us manage and follow up on our company, clients, and employees and after a brief online search we found out that Cloud Systems is the best and most reliable software to use in order to help us move forward with our Gym & Spa.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched on the internet for a similar and relevant software that we need in our Gym and then we found cloud systems. The deciding factors were that almost all/most well known Gyms in our region are using Clous Systems and then we decided to go for it.

After getting their contact number, we contacted them and scheduled a meeting in their offices, and after several meetings explaining what we needed and what they offered, we decided to buy their system, and had a one week training program on the system in order for us to understand how to operate on it.

There was only one person which was me, the manager of the Gym.

We were able to launch the system briefly after opening the Gym & Spa, it helped us organize and recognize our customers, as well as helping us monitor anything related to payments and invoices, to sum it up, our Gym relies heavily on the system in it's day to day operations.

The project management was very satisfying, the meetings were very friendly and straight forward, it took us around 3 weeks in matter of timeliness, and the meetings were in person.

Their friendly encounters, precision, and flexibility are outstanding.

The system design could have some revamped sections.
