It has been an A+ experience of very high quality. Thanks to Cloud Accountant Staffing, we’ve hired one staff member and we continue to have check-ins. This has given us the ability to think through what can be further delegated. Moreover, I like how the candidates have resumes and videos we can look at in advance.

We’ve been able to delegate tasks such as entering client invoices, categorizations, reconciliations, and other month-end close items. Our changes in the billing process are paying off now. As a result, we’re on the road to scaling.

I hired my first full-time team member through them in November 2023 and now have my second full-time person with them who started in November 2024. I will continually use them as I need to hire additional team members outside of traditional US employees.

CAS provides a total opposite experience. This aligns with what I care about in terms of hiring not just in the US but internationally as well.

CAS is very reliable in their communication; considering the nature of staffing, I don't put deadlines on this work, but when a position needs to be filled, we can typically start interviewing within 1-2 weeks of a request being submitted. Most candidates have a reasonable start time, and I've never had to wait longer than a month between offering a candidate a role and their start date.
