Clique was asked to deliver a new corporate website for our organization. The scope included project initiation, which helped define Champion's goals and objectives, identified our key audience and created a project timeline. 
From there, Clique created wireframes and mockups of the key pages, developed a visual design we were happy with and built a new user interface. Once all creative elements were approved, Clique set up the development environment and implemented all back-end functionality.

Clique provided a detailed project planner that provided real-time progress updates on all milestones. All involved collaborators had access to planner so new updates and/or requests were easily communicated and tracked.

Project management was exceptional. Ashley and Austin conducted weekly status calls to ensure all milestones were hit, on time and on budget. Both responded very quickly to all questions and change requests. Both were a pleasure to work with.

Clique was hired by USA Volleyball in April 2020 to do the first full-scale redesign and development of the USA Volleyball website. This project is the first time USA Volleyball had "digital independence," meaning we would have full control overall aspects of the site. Clique also was tasked to create the whole thing in eight months as we had a hard deadline to leave our current platform. Clique led us through all the stages.. discovery and content audit, user interviews, UX research, information architecture, design, development, content migration, basic SEO. 
They are also hosting the website. The relationship continues to the present, as Clique hosts the site and provides support. Recently we also hired Clique to do new templates and development work for a new section of oursite.

The key metric was a successful launch on time, which was a big ask considering the eight-month turnaround time for a massive project. Clique made the launch date.

Project management was excellent. The project manager, knowing the time crunch, was organized with key deadlines we had to meet. The ability to make the project a success meant the USA Volleyball internal team had to meet its own deadlines. Clique project management was efficient and kept us on track. They were always available to answer questions. There was always a back-up we could reach out to if needed. Project management was a breeze.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The people were extraordinary. Clique's team cared about our success and doing the job well. Our entire project was built in 2020 when all of us were experiencing lockdowns and working remotely for the first time. We had to make use of new electronic tools for communication that we hadn't expected. Clique made this easy. They responded to every ask. My favorite thing was that they listened so well during competitive analysis, user interviews and discovery that they nailed the design of the website on the FIRST ATTEMPT.

No. This was my fourth website launch and by far the easiest and least painful. They made the process smooth and enjoyable.

McDonald's contracted us to enhance their current global marketing knowledge management systems and sites that were previously built on Sharepoint to make their content more manageable, accessible and modern. This involved working with Clique Studios to build a completely custom platform and CMS to house articles focused on best practices in the McDonald's marketing world as well as other resources and documents that McDonald's marketers require to do their jobs. 

Over the last 3 years, this platform's success has led to a continuation of feature builds and enhancements, including the integration of 2 major brand platforms into the platform we built with the goal of having all McDonald's Marketing destinations easily accessible in one place - and managed by one team.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've conducted a number of user surveys and interviews that suggest the platform is very useful to them - feedback is always positive or constructive. What demonstrates the most progress and success is that we continue to get budget to continue working on the platform to make it even better and more useful to the users over time. We have not yet been in a steady, maintain mode because the client values the product so much and wants it to grow. This = major success.

This project environment requires a great deal of flexibility in project management - with ever changing priorities and requirements and the ability to be agile and willing to listen to the client needs. Clique's PM team does a great job thinking through the project needs and communicating the potential risks, but is understanding when something urgent and new needs to take priority. Our timelines have been tricky on this project and our goal is always to have the best working product, even if that means we delay a deadline. Our launches have been very smooth and well prepared for.

We have a unique and wonderful relationship with Clique Studios and have been working with them for nearly 10 years. They are different than most development companies in that they treat you as a partner and collaborate closely - it is not a rigid process, which works best for us. Their flexibility and agile way of working is incredibly important for our team - we value the responsiveness and great customer service that Clique Studios delivered!

The QA process is always tough with a project this size and is always something we can work on or look into helpful industry wide solutions.

Clique was engaged to design and launch a new website for our company. We asked them to repackage existing content in a format that was visually engaging, colorful and dynamic, and which brought forward "human-centeredness". Our old site was flat and lacked energy, so we wanted a refresh on the visual identity. We also wanted to bring certain content front and center. 

Lastly, we wanted to retain the DIY content management processes we were familiar with from our legacy word press site. The key deliverable was the new website. Additional deliverables included the internal review and design process, which allowed stakeholders to communicate ideas and feedback and encouraged a feeling of collective ownership over the final product.

The new website was delivered within budget and on time. We are only just measuring the visitor engagement and metrics, but so far, the response was what we hoped for.

Responsive Website Design: Our ideal website will be visually appealing and structure information to make it easy to use for all target audiences The overall design for the website will be a modern design that adheres to the Wheeler Opera House’s graphic standards. The ability to refresh the look each season for consistency with season branding is also desirable. 

The expectation is that the website presents effectively in both desktop and mobile environments. 

• capability to display dynamic visual content and incorporate social media for easy following and sharing
• conform to the ADA latest WCAG (Website Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards (See Exhibit C - CO House Bill 21-1110)
• internal site search that allows users to sort search results by date, genre, artist, presenter, etc. Users will be able to filter by type of content and easily apply advanced search techniques, such as Boolean, if desired.

Website Structure: We are open to categorizing information in a way that makes sense and is easy to navigate for the site visitor. We are looking for guidance on this issue from our developer. Our current website contains vast amounts of outdated, redundant, and unnecessary information. Content pages we want to keep will need revision and a fresh take at presenting important details effectively. This will require an active discovery phase where we collectively decide what content we want on the site, and how we want to organize it. Desirable features for the content management system are:

Delivery of wordpress training, delivery of general content, accessibility and SEO guidelines.

Project management was well planned, with t and regular updates on project progress. Needs were responded to in a timely and efficient manner. All items were delivered on time, and expectations from client (me) were communicated in advance for to keep on schedule .On our end, this project was managed internally by one person (me), and the organization and communication from the project manager (Justin) was very much appreciated throughout the process.

We asked Clique Studios to design, develop and implement a custom digital product involving a landing page and four branch pages that was to be optimized across desktop and mobile. This project included video, images, written content, graphics and an interactive design to tell four separate stories, with its own branding tailored to this specific custom product. Clique led us through multiple wireframing and design iterations on a mutually agreed upon schedule.

We stayed on deadline and on budget with the project and met our KPIs for this specific product.

Clique was excellent at project management and goal-setting — we were able to mutually agree upon an aggressive but attainable timeline from research and design to development and implementation. 

Their project management was incredibly well organized, communicative and responsive, all of which are extremely important in a news environment. I loved that we had an open Slack channel and a weekly sync to stay on top of this project, and I always felt like Clique's To-Do list was as organized and forward-looking/anticipatory as mine was.

I had a great feeling about Clique from our first meeting — it was clear that they understood our company and our brand and were genuinely interested in contributing to our success.
