A bilingual marketing website in Swedish and English built on Next.js with full SEO, sitemap, cookie consent, and Cloudflare Turnstile
An event management application where organizers can create public event pages with RSVP forms, participant counters, and real-time updates
A QR code check-in system that generates a unique code per registered attendee and allows sub-second check-in at entry
A full payment integration via Stripe with three pricing tiers, monthly and annual billing, and automatic plan upgrades
The complete product was designed and developed in parallel by the same team and launched in under four weeks from brief to live

The full platform went from brief to live production in under four weeks
The marketing site was built with 15 or more pages and views across two languages
The product launched with four core API routes covering event creation, RSVP, QR check-in, and billing
QR check-in operates at under one second per scan, meeting our performance requirement
Three Stripe pricing tiers were live and transacting from the first day of launch

The same team that designed the product built it, and that alignment was visible in the result. Communication was responsive throughout the project. When we had questions or needed to adjust scope, they responded quickly and clearly. They delivered on time and the product matched what we discussed at the start of the engagement.

Their speed without sacrificing quality stood out. Building a complete SaaS product with a bilingual marketing site, a full application backend, QR check-in functionality, and Stripe payment integration in under four weeks is genuinely impressive. Most agencies would have needed twice the time. The fact that design and development were handled by the same team meant the final product had a visual and technical consistency that is hard to achieve when those disciplines are separated

Are there any areas for improvement or something Clickwebb could have done differently?

Nothing significant. The process was smooth and the product was delivered as promised. If anything, more structured progress updates at mid-project milestones would be a small improvement, but it did not affect the outcome

Key deliverables included the core referral engine with fraud scoring and reward tracking, a REST API built for developer integration, a customer dashboard for managing referral campaigns and analytics, Stripe billing integration for subscription management, a public marketing website and a secure authentication system. The platform was delivered production-ready and fully deployed.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The platform launched on schedule and is live in production. The API integration process was reduced to a single function call as intended. The codebase was delivered clean, documented and ready to scale without immediate refactoring needed.

• Resource Planning & Analysis – Tools for team capacity planning, workload visualization, and real-time business intelligence dashboards.
• Employer & Assignment Management – Features to manage employers, job postings, participant placements, and contracts tied to AF assignments.

• Faster job placements – The Matchpoint™ engine increased the speed of relevant job matches and improved placement tracking.
• Improved compliance – 100% of required Arbetsförmedlingen reports (start, follow-up, end reports) can now be generated in seconds, reducing compliance risks.
• Scalability – The platform successfully onboarded multiple ROM providers and hundreds of participants within the first rollout phase.

These early indicators suggest that the new website is poised to significantly improve our online presence and user experience.

Additionally, while their technical support post-launch is commendable, offering more in-depth training sessions for our team on managing the website's backend efficiently could empower us to handle minor updates and maintenance tasks more confidently. These enhancements could elevate the overall client experience even further.
