I'm the owner of Diesel Injury Law.

What challenge were you trying to address with click5 Interactive?

I just started my company and was looking for a vendor to build a website and set up an email for me. I also needed help with social networking sites.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

They interviewed me to find out more about my practice and my target audience. Then, they designed the look for the website and developed the code. It's a WordPress website that allows people to fill out an inquiry form. My goal was to start appearing organically in searches, so they provided SEO services, making sure the website ranks high for certain keywords.

They helped me set up my initial Google AdWords and PPC campaigns to promote the website and attract clients. I have a very niche law practice, that targets people who were diagnosed with cancer, leukemia, or serious pulmonary disorders as a result of workplace exposure to diesel exhaust. I had no existing clients and click5 helped me acquire cases. They also put together ads for Facebook, such as video ads with stills and text written over them.

They incorporated the logo that I had into a letterhead and created my email signature and mailing labels, making everything look very professional. Their expertise is web development, but they went above and beyond,  encouraging me to develop online presence that would link to my website. They taught me to put in negative words and to make sure that searches were set correctly. As my business was growing, they recommended that I hire an SEO firm to cater to my needs, which I have ddone.

What is the team composition? 

I interacted exclusively with Piotr [Bieszk, Creative Technologist, CEO and Founder, click5 Interactive], but he has other designers and developers on his team.

How did you come to work with them?

They were recommended to me by a colleague who runs a bankruptcy law firm. Piotr was their in-house tech specialist. I liked the fact that he had a background in working with lawyers, so I gave him a chance.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement? 

I worked with them in February–March 2016. I am reengaging them for a new website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I began receiving inquiries through my website within a week after it was launched. Within my first year, I had many cases that were settled that generated income. It would have been reasonable to anticipate no income in my first year, but due to the website, that was not the case. In addition, I like the look and functionality of the website and feel comfortable making edits and adding blog articles myself.

How did they perform from a project management standpoint?

In the beginning, we had bi-monthly in-person meetings in his office.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They deliver a solid product at a very reasonable rate.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think so.

I provided click5 with a general idea and framework of the sites that I had in mind. They then provided different mock ups to select from. I provided the content for the various pages. They plugged in all the content and images and then we refined the pages together.
