I’m the director of Fab Fun, an entertainment company. We offer family entertainment and activities for events of all sizes, including private parties, nightclubs, fairs, and large gatherings.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Click Click Media to accomplish for your business?

We’ve hired Click Click Media for various tasks, including managing our AdWords campaigns, assisting in targeted marketing campaigns and landing pages, building our internal CRM, and creating our third website. Additionally, they’ve helped us set up our email systems, domain names, and other nuances that small business owners might not be aware of when setting up a business.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Click Click Media manages our marketing media campaigns and platforms, and everything is working and functioning at a high level of excellence, speed, and efficiency. From 2025–2026, we had several meetings with a few of Click Click Media’s consultants. As a result of those meetings, we tweaked and worked on some of our marketing campaigns and saw a 7% increase in our gross annual wage, with continued tracking into the 2026–2027 fiscal year.We did a deep dive into our AdWords campaigns, which included a specialized campaign with a landing page for a unique product we offered that wasn’t being captured in AdWords keywords. The specialized campaign was run through our social pages, which created some direct leads and grew our social media presence considerably. Our social media grew by approximately 25%.
