Cleveroad supported us in designing and developing a SaaS corporate learning platform for external clients intended to replace our previous system. The engagement began with a structured Discovery phase to defi ne architecture, feature scope, and integration requirements, followed by full-cycle design and development.
Although the platform is currently in pre-release, the delivered scope covers a complete multi-role LMS ecosystem tailored to our enterprise training model and government program requirements.
Key deliverables included:

After completing the Discovery phase, Cleveroad proceeded with the development stage, delivering agreed milestones according to the established timeline. The work completed so far has followed the planned schedule.
The project manager maintained consistent communication through meetings, emails, and messengers, ensuring full transparency throughout the process. After spending a lot of time in-house cleaning up and optimizing our codebase and implementing a new design we decided to get more hands on deck to accelerate the progress.

Cleveroad helped us get our code quality to were we wanted it and incrementally rebuild our core pages ( frontpage, categories, tour details and booking steps ) and, just as importantly, tuned performance and technical SEO - Core Web Vitals, caching, schema markup, internal links - so rankings and speed stayed intact while the UI improved.

Next, we tackled the parts that matter most for conversions and operations. Cleveroad has integrated interactive maps to make trip discovery easier and has started replacing third-party checkout components with a custom flow, giving us control over payments, vouchers, add-ons, and analytics across the funnel.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We're mid-build, but we're already seeing tangible wins. After cache and asset optimization, our hosting/runtime costs dropped 40–50%, and page loads are faster across key templates. Core Web Vitals now pass on the pages we've relaunched, with visible gains in LCP and TTFB. On the SEO side, early leading indicators are positive: better crawl efficiency, more pages in the index, and initial movements in rankings where the redesign is live. On delivery, we ship to production weekly and keep a tight feedback loop - new features or fixes, with fast turnarounds on any issues. Eighty percent of high-traffic pages are already redesigned, and the rest are queued behind analytics-based priorities.

I've led project management on our side. We plan scope together up front and work in small, near-weekly iterations, which keeps releases smooth and on time. At the start, our sourcecode was about ten years old, with no framework upgrades whatsoever. The scope was to refactor the code and to add structure because there was none. Upgrading to all latest frameworks (.Net, React Native) was also included. The upgrading project was estimated to six months and was delivered on time. The test/fix-phase took another six months before we could upgrade the production environment.

An upgraded, working production environment with added stability and performance.

As the platform already had some functionality, we worked on improving existing features and adding new ones. The detailed scope of the project can be described as follows:

● Admin panel with 5 roles, including 2 roles for partners (owner and user) and 3 roles for the
platform (owner, user, qa) and with customizing, measuring, and monitoring functionality.

● Customizable, flexible, and responsive widget withthe ability to change almost everything in UI
and some of the "logical" parts.

● A monitoring dashboard shows the current version of each app (console, widget, server) and its
environment. Also, we developed a feature that shows errors if some app is down.

● Maintenance of the woo-commerce plugin, which is a small copy of the widget.

● The cross-platform mobile app, which is also a copy of the widget, that was successfully deployed
to Play Market.

As a result of our cooperation with Cleveroad, we successfully deployed our cross-platform mobile app to the Play market. Cleveroad’s fontend developer helped us to significantly improve the platform’s user experience as we added more ways to manage our partners’ accounts. The work is still in progress, so we keep improving and adding new features.

Project management is organized on our end. Our CTO plans all activities with the development team and works on all estimates and possible bottlenecks. • Goal 1: We were looking for a software provider who could help us to develop the Presentation Solution from scratch, a tailored presentation management system for our events and conferences. At the time we 4 contacted the Cleveroad team, we had a business idea that they helped us to transform into a ready solution. They were working on two major components: An Online Web Portal designed to simplify event planning and presentation preparation and An On-Premise App Suite to support on-site event management.
• Once the main part was completed, we needed help with the maintenance of the existing system and support during our events. The Cleveroad team was very flexible and always ready to help with any challenges we experienced during those events.

The technical team started cooperation with an in-depth Discovery Phase and provided detailed documentation, including a Software Architecture Document (SAD), design concept, Quality Attribute Scenarios, and a detailed Project Plan. They also outlined the necessary Team Composition to match management resource needs.  

After the discovery phase, the development team started working on the online web portal and 
on-premise app suite. One of the main challenges we had was to ensure real-time communication 
between the On-Premises App Suite and the cloud-based Web Portal, and the Cleveroad team 
successfully solved it. Another key challenge was creating a unified codebase for both the Web Portal and the On-Premises App Suite. 

We had 2 development phases during which the main functionalities were created and tested. After that we switched to a maintenance agreement, as our system needs permanent support and improvements. We keep working with their team till today.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We reached all the goals that were set by our internal team. Cleveroad released the solution's first version on schedule, meeting our deadline. During the second phase, the team expanded the solution’s capabilities and enhanced its presentation features to align with our goals. 

After completing the second phase, we continue working with Cleveroad’s experts, who now maintain and optimize the AVFX product to ensure its long-term success. They use different metrics to ensure that development meets our expectations. Cleveroad team implemented BA and QA metrics and tracked the number of bugs per task to deliver top-notch quality.  

During our cooperation, we were able to organize and participate in a couple of dozen different shows and received positive feedback from our partners and customers across different countries and organizations.

We've been cooperating with Cleveroads for 2 years, and during this time, their team was very supportive and highly professional. They allocated a dedicated Project Manager to the project, who was working with us from the very beginning of our collaboration. He managed both our expectations and the development team’s engagement. Both phases were completed according to our deadlines, and any minor delays during development were reported and improved very quickly. Overall, the Cleveroad team showed flexibility during this time period. Any changes or updates from our end were addressed and implemented. Their team showed their dedication multiple times by supporting our events during weekends or having calls with us in their late hours. With the help of such a proactive team, we held a large-scale event for 75 workstations in August 2024 and look forward to expanding our capabilities in 2025.

Our company provides IoT infrastructure for energy monitoring and demand response. We engaged a senior frontend developer to help us with frontend part for a key software application. The application has been made to provide admin control of the industrial devices (arrays of sensors, processors, relays, etc.) connected to the specified IoT Gateway. Some of the features we’ve been working on include, but are not limited:
- adding of the device data using plug-in model;
- extending the application's functionality with the devices inner services;
- gateway control (operation control, interfaces management, control profiles switching, etc.);
- user notifications using the different approaches (email/sms sending, webhook calling);
- gateway applications and services management;
- users management

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have demonstrations quite often, so our main goal is to make sure that all new features are developed and tested prior to demo or some events. So far we’ve finished a big part of the planned functionality and reconsidered some of the features. As the project is still in active development, it’s a bit early to talk about final outcomes, but we’re happy with the result so far.

Project management is handled by our team. We plan all activities and assign tasks to the developer accordingly. The developer, on the other hand, estimates all features and approves them with us. We have transparent communication, so if something needs additional time, the Cleveroad developer notifies us and we discuss new timelines. Thus, the project runs smoothly without any critical delays.
