Cleartail is a great fit for managing our goals and consistently go above and beyond our expectations with cutting edge suggestions and insightful guidance. Their work allows us to focus on running our business without having redirect our attention to a field in which we are unfamiliar.

Cleartail Marketing has consistently delivered results and implemented changes in a way that exceeds our expectations. We primarily communicate through email. If we initiate an email with a question or a change we'd been considering, Cleartail responds same day (or next day if we email after business hours which we often do). We've been meeting virtually once a month.

The Cleartail team has been fantastic at suggesting when it is time to virtually meet and walk us through the previous month's progress in terms easy and clear for a layman's grasp.

The Cleartail team with which we work are clearly passionate about their careers. This is reflected not only in the quality of the work they produce nor in the timely manner in which they do so, but is also made evident in their thoughtfulness, attention to detail and abundant, knowledge of their field. We are often pleasantly surprised when they answer and raise questions we have, but are unable to articulate.

We do not currently nor have we ever found an area in which we would suggest a change to our Cleartail team's performance . We have been consistently impressed with Cleartail Marketing far exceeding our expectations from the beginning of our working relationship through current day.

I am the marketing manager of an equipment dealership.

We started a new website for a growing business division and needed to give our organic web traffic a boost to get us going. Recently, we also contracted Cleartail to build a new website for the division.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We decided to use Cleartail for our SEO because they clearly have a lot of experience in handling optimization. We needed an agency that focused on this type of work.

Our goal month to month with our SEO efforts is to drive steady and growing traffic to our site. We find that it is a good investment as organic traffic has a higher engagement rate than other channels, making SEO an important investment in gaining quality site traffic.

I've worked with two people at Cleartail, both are knowledgable and willing to help us with any issues we ever have.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our organic traffic has grown steadily since starting the program and makes up about 60% of our total site sessions.

Always timely and always helpful. I usually email them and when I do, I haven't had to wait long for a reply.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They offer suggestions when you have a problem you need solved, and are willing to do the work needed to solve any issues.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really, they have always been candid and capable. I asked them to build us a new website to replace the one they were doing SEO for so that the SEO efforts wouldn't miss a step and they were able to make it all work with no problems. The new site was completed when promised and adjustments were done after launching to tweak the speed of loading times. A successful project, and our SEO continued with little to no loss in traffic in the transition.
