The centerpiece of this collaboration was the creation of a bespoke scheduling system intricately integrated with Service Titan, a pivotal CRM tool for our client.

The initiative required a deep dive into full-stack development, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to ensure robustness and scalability. Key deliverables included:

• Custom Scheduling System: Developed using NextJS (React) for the frontend and NestJS (Node) for the backend, this system provides a comprehensive scheduling interface tailored to streamline our client’s operational workflows.
• Service Titan Integration: We implemented seamless API integrations between the scheduling system and Service Titan using Typescript, enhancing the CRM's capabilities and interaction efficiency.
• User Experience Design: Employing Tailwind 3, we crafted a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interface that simplifies navigation and management of schedules and customer data.
• Database Management and Storage Solutions: Utilizing MongoDB for our database needs and AWS S3 for secure data storage, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. 
• System Documentation and Support: We provided extensive documentation and ongoing support for the system, ensuring its long-term viability and ease of maintenance.

They designed, developed, configured, tested, and launched a completely new mobile application. Wireframes and Interactive mock-ups were created and iterated before continuing to develop. Consulted and notified with clear communication every step of the way if there were any problems. Discussed possible challenges and best approaches. Every week to two weeks, the functional version was delivered for testing.

Project management was very impressive, deadlines were regularly complied with deadlines and always communicated of potential delay (which in the end there weren't any.) Communicated through Slack, Jira, bitbucket and more.
