The team has also made adjustments whenever needed to ensure everything matches our expectations.

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from CLAN OF CREATORS.

How did you come to work with CLAN OF CREATORS?

BACKGROUND

I am the Founder of Fenix Accent Consulting SRL

DHA-Core is a Romanian startup launching a vegan, algae-based Omega-3 (DHA) supplement, sold directly to consumers online, planning on launching in pharmacies and physical stores and expand to Eastern Europe.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

• We had a product but no brand. We hired Clan of Creators to take DHA-Core from an idea to something ready to sell: create the brand identity from scratch, design the product label
• Build an online shop
• Prepare our launch through well-thought marketing campaigns

SOLUTION

Previously worked with them

• High ratings
• Great culture fit
• Good value for cost
• Company values aligned

2-5 Employees

They started with a positioning analysis of the Omega-3 market and a proposal for how DHA-Core should present itself. From there they delivered: - the logo and brand guidelines; - the product label, designed to the technical drawing of our 250 ml bottle; - an e-commerce website built for pre-orders: homepage, product page, About Us, FAQ, blog articles and the legal pages, plus analytics tracking; - social media: content plan, graphics and post scheduling across our three channels; - a paid advertising plan for the pre-order campaign.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

We're still in pre-launch, so I can't share sales figures yet. What I can measure is speed and completeness. We went from no brand at all to a full identity, a finished label and a homepage design in under three weeks from kickoff, and to a complete pre-launch website with social media content and an ad plan in about a month and a half. Everything a new product needs to go to market came from one team, and it all looks like it belongs together.

Toni was our day-to-day contact and Nicu handled the commercial side. We worked over email and Google Meet, with a review call at each milestone. Before calls they sent the list of topics and open questions, and after each delivery they gave me a clear date for my feedback, which kept the project moving. They were quick to respond, and honestly most of the waiting during the project was on our side (content, photos, accounts), not theirs.

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

They treated DHA-Core as if it were their own product. When their first offer was above my startup budget, they adjusted it so we could start, and told me plainly it was because they believed in the product. I also valued having strategy, brand, label, website and social media under one roof. And they went beyond the brief, for example by helping with the paperwork needed to activate our payment processor.

Nothing major. The one thing I'd suggest is a final proofreading pass on website copy before it reaches the client. In the pre-launch version I found a few small wording issues and a button that didn't work. They were very minor and were fixed immediately. Other than this, tehre is only positive feedback, everything went smooth and without issues.
