We hired them to manage our facebook ad campaigns.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They are familiar with our website content management tool and Provide a lot of value on all projects. They were able to provide Facebook marketing quickly and cost-effectively.

Citytech took over our Facebook ads quickly and with very little effort on my part. I informed them of our strategy and promotions and they set up all of the ads so quickly and we saw results instantly.

I worked with the account manager and the ad manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our facebook ad conversions grew exponentially. We saw ten times the conversions almost instantly. The new customers were exactly our target market as well. I kept up a few ads I created and their ads converted for much less cost. I eventually just paused all of my ads created in house.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team was very responsive. Even though we are in different time zones within a few hours they would make any changes I asked for.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are technical and skilled in customer-facing materials. They were able to take very little direction from me and create a ton of content. It was a huge time saver.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wouldn't mind a little more reporting or suggestions how we can continue to grow.

Alongside this, prepared a newly proposed homepage design to elevate the overall user experience and visual appeal of your store. I’ve shared the mock-up and our suggestions in my previous email, and I’d be glad to hear your thoughts. Once we have your feedback, we can finalize the upgrade roadmap and UI/UX improvements accordingly

Our e-shop was based on Opencart 1.5.6.4 and we wanted to migrate to the latest available up-to-date version.

I've opened a email from Citytech and noted that they've offer such a service and decide to write them with request for migration.

First analyzing, then proposing all needed plugins, themes and etc. and after that - implementing and testing all before site goes live.
