This project is developed in the direction of healthcare. Over 4000 hours were invested in the project, during which dozens of research studies, documentation, and designs were conducted. We developed a web application that is currently used in Israeli educational institutions and constantly adapts to user and business requirements. 

We launched a pilot version of the Android app, which included important functionality for users and was also used to showcase potential clients. We created requirements and designs for the development of the iOS app. Finally, we hosted the applications on Amazon Web Services

We were able to launch a pilot version of the project, which successfully underwent testing with end users and transformed into a working version. Feedback and tasks from end users are being collected and quickly translated into functionality.

Communication was conducted at a good level, and all stages were completed according to agreements, with some even being delivered ahead of schedule. Additionally, during the development process, there were cases where changes were required, and CitrusDEV responded quickly and effectively.

During the development process, we encountered various challenges, some of which were complex. At this point in our collaboration, all feedback regarding the processes has been acknowledged and taken into account.

There was developed brand new HTML, fully responsive, markup based on Adobe XD design (the graphic design was developed by a third-party designer outside of CitrusDev.After all pages were done and tested by QA, we moved to WordPress development which was impressively fast (because frontend dev does all the work especially for WordPress structure, according to all needed modules and elements). After all tasks were completed we received a QA report and the project was accepted with only a few really minor change requests,

The team consists of a Project Manager, Frontend developer, WordPress (PHP) developer and QA engineer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The main goal was obtained, redesigned the website, and met the deadlines. It was very important before the new round of investments for our main business. As a result, we received pixel-perfect HTML markup and as a result, it was implemented on WordPress.

I am the founder and CEO of an AI/ML Digital Health Company that is using biometric data from multiple wearable sensors to manage and treat chronic health conditions and diseases in children.

We had serious issues with maintaining constant and concurrent BTLE connections with multiple bluetooth devices over a 12 hour period t a 1HZ resolution using an Android platform.

We found them through a referral site and selected them after interviewing 5 other offshore vendors. Their detailed proposal and project plan clearly indicated they listened to and understood our unique and complex requirements and the urgency needed to implement a solution.

This was a fire drill as we needed a customized BTLE module urgently. Our engagement started with several scope and detailed specification sessions which Citrus quickly committed to a detailed detailed project plan with Twrello/Jira boards. We had detailed code review sessions at a minimum every week.

There were four people on the core team including three BT/Android/Java experts, one project manager, and one QC analyst.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to finish the project on time and budget with a 70% overall improvement in data quality and connectivity uptime of greater than 2X.

The project management skills of the Citrus Team is one of their real strengths. Using Slack, Jira, and Github we always felt well informed and connected.

A world-class team that is not only on top of their class from a technology perspective but a lot of fun to work with. They are willing to go the extra mile and quickly integrate to be a part of your extended team.

I engaged CITRUSDEV to undertake enhancements of the Bluetooth capability in the application. The work required investigation into the Bluetooth device and protocols to obtain files stored in onboard memory.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Two other 'specialty' vendors reviewed the requirements and could not guarantee that their code would deliver the result I was looking for. Andrew, and CITRUSDEV, was prepared to review the technical specification in more detail and confirm with his team that they would be able to complete the work to the requirement. Based on this, I was prepared to proceed with them over other, cheaper vendors.

I had a single point of contact with Andrew (co-founder and technical lead) which made communication very simple. Andrew worked with his team to deliver the results required in the background.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

With the additional functionality delivered by CITRUSDEV, I have obtained support from stakeholders to proceed with the Artificial Intelligence component of the end to end solution. Without this, our monitor would not be able to work in our business model and it was a fundamental step for commercialisation. I will be working further with Andrew and his team on the remainder of the MVP and upon milestone completion develop the final application.

Communication was perfect - Andrew responded promptly and was always helpful. Clear scope of work enabled us to manage scope creep throughout the engagement. Code has been adequately commented throughout.

Andrew's knowledge and ability to understand requirements and quote accurately are impressive. The willingness to help was absolutely noticed and it felt like Andrew was an employee of our company with his eagerness to complete and obtain quality results. I could not think of a better partnering organisation to do business with.

Absolutely not - I would continue working with CITRUSDEV at any opportunity.

The most important thing for us has been customer feedback, and the team has delivered high-quality outputs without too many problems. They also follow the requirements we have for each iteration, and for the last year, we’ve been very satisfied.

We’ve used different tools to communicate when needed, and it’s been very good.

We ordered full-stack web development from an idea to delivery. As a result, a website for providing the schedule of arrivals and departures at the airport all over the world was developed from scratch. All the work consists of UX research; prototyping and wireframing, UI design, development & testing, and delivery. 

The development stage was split into milestones: integrating APIs for getting airports for countries and cities, flight schedules, departures, and arrivals, integration with the Amadeus platform, full analytics, and reports in the admin panel. The project was developed from scratch using the Laravel framework for the backend and VueJs for the front end.

We got a competitive solution that has a high level of traffic and conversion on the site. As result the service works as expected. The initial time line and budget were accomplished
