Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder and CEO of the company Stacks. We are creating a noiseless collaboration platform 'Stacks' that helps companies and teams to create a shared repository of links.

For what projects/services did your company hire Feel IT Studio, and what were your goals?

I was looking for a company to implement the redesign of my old web app dashboard. The old dashboard was focused on individual bookmark management and the new dashboard is focused on teams and enterprises

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

As this project was a redesign of a web app dashboard, the backend was already there, as well as the design in figma. The contractor had to develop the frontend using React after decomposing the Figma design into small tasks and creating a roadmap with the project milestones. Mykyta and his team did a great job of providing milestones with delivery dates. It was clear when and which part of the project would be completed. After initial planning, they divided tasks into sprints and set up a Jira board to track progress. Their development team made a great effort to ensure the high quality of the app. Eliminating any bugs that appeared during the development process. The project is still WIP at this stage, and a few subsequent phases are planned.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

On this project, I worked with Mykyta Shevchenko, CEO, who was managing the work process, and a frontend developer Dmytro.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The central part of the project was implemented within nine weeks, which allowed me to promote the product and platform users.

The project's development was conducted using Agile methodology, with tasks divided into sprints. We also had a Jira board with a roadmap and progress reports. For communications, we used Slack.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Responsiveness and communicativeness. They could always provide their thoughts on what we are doing and how to improve functionality. Constant quality control and deadlines. Speed of resolving issues that arise.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything was great. They probably want to focus on initial contact: to demonstrate their strengths properly
