We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered Content plan and Letters design for our approval. We had really rare any remarks to be adjusted, most of the time provided draws exceeded our expectations

A project manager was our major point of contact, there were also 7 backup specialists working behind the scenes

After enabling e-mail strategy we were able to increase our revenue up to 25-30%

Build customized flow for our own store which can generate consistent revenue, and with a team knowing our product and brand to help us promote our regular Emai campaigns.

How did you select this vendor?

Done some research and go over some case study posted by the founder of Chronos agency. Did compare with some other agency and even the Chronos agency is more expensive but we want to work with the best.

1. We had a meeting and give them some of our information, like our customers, brand guideline.
2. Chronos check our account and come up with a solution PDF.
3. Flows were built and optimized continuously, campaigns were planned early and a lot fo AB testing has been done to improve the performance.

What was the team composition?

We have a slack channel where we can always ask questions and usually get reply very soon.

Email revenue generates from 8% of our total revenue to 20%.

communication is good, we are using Slack and monthly meeting go over the performance last month.

No really, Email marketing is a long term thing, and looking forward to generate more revenue with Campaigns.

They had 15 people approximitly, yes they changed some few staff over time, but the major players was the same.

We have increased sales and presence with our email marketing. We dont disclose our numbers public but we are very satisified

Very effective, we working through slack and easy communication.

The quality of their work and communcation. Their knowledge and willingness to adjust and do what's best for our brand stands out.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Only thing i wish was done little bit differently, maybe have a project manager in our timezone. Notice its hard to communicate with our project manager effectivly as he is in oppsite timezone, other than that everything is good. So basically wish our projectmanager moved to our timezone :)
