Chronos were initially very organised and stuck to a regular meeting cadence, but this did fall apart a bit towards the end of the contract and we didn't have any meeting throughout 2026. Things were still delivered on time and they kept up with our fast-paced work environment well, but issues of being in different timezones were often a nuisance and we didn't get the results we needed to make a good ROI on our spend with them.

I don't think Chronos made particularly high-quality emails. They weren't optimised for mobile or dark mode which are essential in 2026. We therefore didn't see particularly impressive results from the email campaigns they launched for us.

High revenue from emails! Learning more about CRM best practices from them. Taking the initiative to set up new flows for us and ideating what other outreach we can have with our customers.

Yes, they always deliver on time or communicate in advance to make adjustments. Given the nature of ecommerce being very fast paced, I greatly appreciate Chronos' team's adaptability in the face of rushed changes or last minute additions into the email materials. This definitely has a big impact on the efficiency of our email marketing materials. They are able to answer all of our questions thoughtfully and able to clarify when things are uncertain which helps bring more clarity in our collaboration.

No, I think that this is a collaborative effort between Chronos and PRISM+ for PRISM+ to give a sense of direction. So far, whenever we have communicated any needs or requests, Chronos has been able to deliver. Chronos also puts in effort to discover new ways to make things better or more efficient.

The strategies recommended for our automated flows were very specific, detailed, and precise. The concepts were well structured and documented. That's what helped us come up with the new flows very quickly. However, the strategies recommended for our campaigns were more of guidelines. So, we had to think it through on our own, rationalise, and come up with our own concepts of campaign emails. That took a quite a bit of time and effort to do. It would be great if Chronos could provide a blueprint or framework that we could use to create campaigns by simply inputting our own proprietary content.

This is done as well with SMS content as needed. He helps us with all campaign and information emails sent out on a weekly basis.

With the volume of emails that we send out, I would say the success is all emails getting out in a timely manner, but also the success of response on the emails and SMS, especially when he offers best practice advice.

Onboarding calls to understand myself and the business were the first point of call, then assets from our end supplied along with brand books. We would then regularly catch up to discuss what i wanted to push from a sales or education point of view. Chronos would then come back to me with the monthly plan on their email campaigns and the work they would be doing. They also broke down and created all our email flows from scratch, not an easy feat with a large sku base.

I have had 1 -2 team leads in 3 years, all very qualified and knowledgable. They become the brands POC and manage the chronos team from their end.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As a whole the relationship couldn't have gone better, the level of work is constantly improving and they take critical or constructive feedback very seriously. When a metric is not working or we are not happy with certain results there is always a push to make changes and improve each element of our email marketing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective, weekly catch ups and monthly reviews. Open line of communication through slack at any time of the day. I've never been left wanting or needing answers

Their ability to deliver on the timelines they set, the speed at which they work and the clear communication. They have an unmatched understanding of the email ecosystem and how to set up flows.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, not really. Maybe more industry news or learnings from other clients that they can share with so much data in their agency now. It would be good to compare or use wins from their other clients and have them share our own.
