Project management had a small miscommunication in the beginning, but 95% of the work was to our satisfaction. Next time I would not opt for an external project manager, but just a clear scope for the developers/engineers/scientists. This works flawlessly with one of the consultants we have full-time in-house from CHI Software.

We started small, with consultations, an MVP version, and basic product functionality. The main tech stack included PHP, Laravel, and Vue.js. The CHI Software team has developed an insurance web portal that manages B2B and B2C processes within our company.

The solution provides a platform to organize and track interactions with clients and partners, both current and potential. The web platform includes a list of necessary functions and paperless workflow instruments. Since we were looking for a unique system design, we could not use out-of-the-box libraries for solution interfaces. Many of the insurance app components were either modified or made from scratch. The following business processes were automated: 

• sale of insurance contracts
• accounting for terminated insurance contracts
• document flow with business partners - receivables and payables
• workflow of insurance claims
• policyholder’s account
