Chatterkick came onboard to help us refine and build a social media strategy for brand awareness and transition from Facebook being our hub for messaging and growth to an alternate social channel and then expand reach to additional channels.

They are driving the social strategy for content creation and awareness, help monitor inboxes and comments on social and create 10 posts/month for social channels as well as support LinkedIn brand-building efforts. Chatterkick is involved in providing support around our sales cycles with organic creative for socials and paid campaigns. We also worked with Chatterkick to create a scope for an upcoming rebrand.

They are very engaged and such great collaborators who listen to our goals and challenges and help us stay focused on strategy (which can be a challenge with a small startup). Not at this time. We really like their pod approach to account management, appreciate their open and timely communication, and look forward to our monthly strategy sessions with them.

We’ve worked with Chatterkick for many years on various projects. Their team helps us write monthly blogs and manage our email and social media advertising campaigns. They’re also in charge of designing a lot of our creative assets for said campaigns, and they manage all of our social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Additionally, they’ve made tours of our facility to take pictures of products and machinery to generate content.

This website allows customers to learn more about our capabilities because our clients don’t ask only for products but also come to us for impact, abrasion, and corrosion solutions.

We’ve seen great results from all areas of our business, including site traffic, click-through rates, business leads, business conversions, impressions, and user engagement.

How did Chatterkick perform from a project management standpoint?

Chatterkick’s project management is very good. They’re always on time with what they do, and they’re typically waiting on us if there’s any waiting at all.

We meet with them at least once per month via phone calls, Zoom meetings, or in-person meetings, and we exchange emails weekly. We also do quarterly and annual reviews of the reports they generate from Google Analytics. Additionally, they have access to our HubSpot.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Chatterkick’s creativity and thoroughness are impressive. Overall, they’re excellent people to work with.

There’s nothing Chatterkick lacks. They put a lot of effort in what they do.

Chatterkick’s deliverables reach beyond a certain number of posts per month or a certain number of email campaigns per quarter. They definitely produce assets that perform, but the conversations we have around strategy, the data and insights, the team coaching and consultation, and the problem-solving behind the deliverables have all been really valuable. They’re an extension of our team that isn’t afraid to jump in on any number of projects and at the end of the day, we’re increasing website traffic, we’re finding leads and our business is growing.

Within the past 6 months we've gone from about 400 total LinkedIn followers to 1200 followers. We've consistently come in under our desired cost per clicks, while continuing to increase our impressions and leads month over month. We've also increased our quality traffic to our website from 44 users to 5,213 users. 10% of social web traffic is classified as engaged on site (68% - 3,596/5,213).

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We met biweekly to go over monthly content pieces. We receive a monthly report that goes over our social media metrics, and a quarterly report that serves to summarize those metrics on a broader level while also providing competitor insights and ways we can perform better than them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am impressed with Chatterkick's ability to seamlessly adapt to our company and the specific niche that we are in. They picked up on the industry lingo and trends at a rapid pace and that helped us with attracting valuable leads.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, no. They were able to pivot and adapt to leadership changes within our team that lead to different styles of how we approached our strategy. Their communication style is awesome - they explain things in terms that every member of my team can understand.

They are extremely quick to respond, or if a team member will be out of the office they let us know who we can contact ahead of time in case anything pops up. They are very adaptable to our needs and it has been extremely beneficial for my team.

We’ve been getting a lot of impressions and clicks compared to a lot of our local affiliates. We’ve gained 963 followers on Instagram while our competitors are averaging about 200. On Facebook, our review scores are about 4.9 stars, while our competitors are averaging around 4.2.

From December–January, they’ve helped grow our net audience by 260%, impressions by 25%, and our engagement by 40%. Moreover, our ad impressions were up by 50%, so we’ve definitely been growing since partnering with Chatterkick.

They perform well from a project management perspective, as they have good goals and plans. I’m probably the one holding them back as far as timelines are concerned, but they have a good follow-through once we give them the data they need.

After an introduction meeting to learn more about our goals and our brand, they helped us come up with some brand guidelines. They also helped us research and identify our target audiences. They wrote, designed and planned social media content for Facebook and Instagram using Sprout Social. Each month they send over the planned copy and designs and I can easily proofread and edit, then approve them. We meet once a month to talk about insights and upcoming goals.

They helped us take our Instagram and Facebook presence to the next level. Before we worked with Chatterkick, we had very little presence on these platforms. Now, we have a highly engaged Instagram audience of nearly 2,300 followers and 9,000 Facebook followers with a 4.8/5 business rating.

We meet once a month to talk about insights and upcoming goals. They provide helpful insights to guide each month's content. They have also provided us with unique ideas for new content such as Instagram reels, Tik Toks and creating a LinkTree and Google My Business account.

We are impressed by the conversations they create for us on social media. Not only do we gain followers, likes, shares, etc., but we are creating meaningful conversations regarding Native American products, businesses, history and culture. We had a lot of information to get out to our community and create a lot of buzz around the project, so Chatterkick put together our social media marketing strategy. They worked diligently to ensure all the content we posted online was relevant to our needs and reflected the Hard Rock aesthetic. Chatterkick was instrumental in keeping us at the forefront of the community’s mind when we were up against other bidders for the Hard Rock licensing.  

We’ve continued to work with Chatterkick over the last few years. They continue to run our digital marketing and Facebook account — we provide them with information we need to promote or announce.

As of the last time I checked, we had under 100,000 followers on Facebook, which is very impressive for a community of this size. Chatterkick ensures that their engagement practices and strategies evolve based on our changing needs. Chatterkick is great at looking to the future to see where we need to focus our efforts to engage our audience.   

Chatterkick has kept us relevant and helped us grow our online platform exponentially. The partnership has been first-class. Our engagement has done nothing but pay dividends since its start.

We have yearly reviews meetings with Chatterkick — we also have monthly and weekly recaps. Communication is a constant back and forth.

Chatterkick is constantly looking for ways to evolve their strategy with our industry — they’re always looking for best practices to benefit us. Chatterkick is very proactive and is always ahead of the game in our ever-changing industry.
