We needed an entirely new website. Our old website was very outdated and had not been kept up with which led to many broken links, deadends, and unused pages. Many of our members reported frustration with our old website with no clear user-journey.

The overall look and feel of the website is miles better than what we previously had. Though it is too early to compare measurables, I am confident that the metrics will speak for themself.

Charly was extremely responsive and quite organized. I knew going into the search for a new agency that our project would not be easy, but they were always up for the task! I really appreicate their willingness to communicate through a messaging app, too. That made everything much smoother.

our website has a fresh and updated look, they took into consideration our design preferences and were realistic about timelines and deliverables. They continually checked in and offered suggestions for improvement of the site. Also, they followed up post-delivery to help with functionality.

they did - as described in the previous section the checked in and made sure to move things along. Much of the time spent waiting was becuase of items we needed to collect on our end. I felt they were on top of it and moved us forward without being pushy.

we weren't exactly clear about one element of the project - a robust homepage was created prior to the rest of the site in order for us to have it ready for a conference - we thought any redesign post event would be included in the scope. May have been an oversight on our end

Our website was a very minimal and bare bones site before we engaged with Weby. We were looking for a new site design that would inspire confidence with our clients, attract job seekers, look sleek and still convey the necessary information to our audience. Additionally, we needed to incorporate our jobs portal and information for potential clients.

I met with several firms that do this type of website design work and found that Weby agency had worked with a wide variety of prior clients, they had a good understanding of what multiple audiences would be looking for. They had insightful ideas and great samples of previous work and had a great team.

We had an initial kick-off meeting, Weby then provided a timeline for completion of the project including various milestones. From there, I was interviewed to share information about my company so we could get to the voice of the customer and get the best copy writing. I opted to do a photo shoot for use on the website, so after the photos came back, I provided those to Weby. Throughout the process, the team at Weby was working on a mock up of wireframes for my site. Once I had approved the overall content, they got to work developing the pages. There were a few rounds of edits and we went live!

There were 3 folks on the team that I had regular contact with, one primary contact, one person who did a lot of follow up on on small questions throughout the process, and one person who interviewed me to understand my business and do competitor research.

I've had compliments from many existing clients and an easier time converting warm leads to new clients since the new website has gone up.

Their team was easy to work with. All lag in workflow came from my team's side as the new website was under construction during a busy season for my business.

I loved the design elements this team came up with, they were able to convey just the right message.

As I've mentioned in other fields, delays were caused from my side. As soon as I made time to provide feedback or get information over to the team at Weby, they would get back to me with a draft or revision. I'm fully satisfied.

We hired Weby Agency to create a new website & logo for Vyrill. The goal was to capture the new face of Vyrill as part of our going to market strategy. Our timeline was very tight.

After meeting with several vendors, the Weby Agency team had the right mix of skills sets and the right cost for a startup company budget. They were willing to work with us on many fronts to develop new assets for our new website.

Weby Agency conducted new market analysis for Vyrill, wrote new copy for the website, created new visual identity including a new logo, and built out an entirely new website on Webflow.

There were approx 5 people on Weby Agencies team that we had direct contact with including a project manager, writer, business consultant, graphics designer and web developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have received a great deal of positive feedback since we launched this month. Metrics such as traffic and clickthroughs will be analyzed.

Tools used were Gmail, Google Docs, Trello and Freedcamp. I believe they used Jasper.ai (formerly Jarvis.ai), Adobe Suite and Webflow on their end.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ability for Weby Agency to have teams on various continents and work remotely to accomplish such a project in a short amount of time, without any major bumps was really great. Estefania is particularly gifted at not letting anything fall through the cracks. The Weby Agency team was friendly and helpful, and it felt great to cross the finish line with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

One area Weby Agency could improve on is to close the gap on setting expectations with the client and the technical requirements that are being outsourced with any vendors by leading and following through on the problem solving conversation.

Right from the beginning it was clear, that they were not only interested but were also having the right approach to address this project. Unlike all the other contenders, the were actually paying attention to the details in the project brief.

We had an initial call where we discussed our goals and background of the company. We first talked about the structure of the new website, then the content and then Weby came up with some initial designs. They also hired an illustrator for designing some outstanding illustrations.

After everything was merged into the wireframes, they implemented the website using webflow as a tool.

The owner Santiago was our main contact. Later on, the new project manager Estefania and the developer Simul were also involved.

Not that mich time has passed since the launch, but on my very first business encounter I already received a very positive feedback about the new website. People were really impressed about the quality of it.

The team's responsiveness stood out in the workflow. Although we are living in completely different timezones, Santiago always responded within a single day (early in the morning and late in the evening). Even on weekends.

I´m the founder of e1 - EV Charging (eONE) and we have been developing software for EV charging solutions since 2014. Our goal is to become the Airbnb for EV charging stations by allowing the EV drivers to use ONE solution for all charging sessions.

We listed our project on Dribble, and we got almost 200 applications for the job. We interviewed a few, and Weby was easy to communicate with, and they understood the goal immediately.

To start we had a meeting with Luna from Weby and told him the story about our company along with our vision, goals and values. We then looked into the product we are currently developing and then agreed on the scope and the goals with rebranding. We got the first ideas soon after the first meeting and we got many great ideas but one idea was perfect for the goal we aimed for with the rebranding and also to capture the value of our service. Then we gave them some inputs and with few revisions, we got the final version ready. The delivery was professional and included everything we needed.
