Our company went through a brand redesign last year and the Brainberry team helped restyle and implement the new branded theme throughout our existing marketing pages. It was quite a large undertaking and the Brainberry team was able to efficiently execute all tasks in a short amount of time. Pleased with the outcome.

We hired Brainberry to manage the implementation and development of all of our custom email and notification templates. We work with them on an ongoing basis as we constantly update our emails and notifications, and do a lot of custom development / dynamic emails, etc.

Brainberry custom coded all our emails and notifications coming out of our CRM / Email marketing platform, and the results have been of extremely high quality. With custom emails that format properly on every device we have higher open rates, higher click through rates, and higher conversion.

We work with one project manager who scopes the work and then allocates it among Brainberry's developers. We are very demanding clients that operate on tight timelines, and Brainberry always delivers on time and with high quality.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

All of our emails run custom designs that are quite sophisticated. We tried working with several developers prior to engaging Brainberry, but had a hard time getting to the quality we were looking for. With Brainberry we have have achieved very high quality from the beginning. The email platform we use requires learning some aspects of custom development language that is unique to this email platform.

Brainberry had not developed on this particular email platform before, but they were extremely quick to get up to speed and become completely proficient in developing custom emails on this platform. This is really what we look for in a partner - they deliver the experience and work ethic to overcome obstacles and keep iterating on a problem until the result is of very high quality.

I do not have any areas of improvement to suggest, working with Brainberry has been a fantastic experience.

Brainberry had reached out to me on LinkedIn and I decided given the scale of the project was small to give them a try. No other vendors were considered.

Brainberry suggested producing a prototype of the idea without any of the backend data or code just to give our customers a feel for how the application would work. I produced an initial idea specification and they worked from that iteratively over 2 weeks to produce the prototype.

We worked directly with their VP on telephone meetings and he relayed instructions to a non english speaking designer to perform the work.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The prototype produced was accurate to the specification. Along the way Brainberry gave some constructive input as to what works best in the details. They also were able to accomodate some ideas that came out in the development phase that were no part of the original specification.

They had good technical knowledge and were easy to engage with. They always communicated well and were punctual.

The company is able to work on very small ideas like ours up to very large-scale projects.

The site was for a fitness instructor, that posts videos weekly for her subscribers. We needed an entire backend built for the customers profiles and information. From our first meeting, the Brainberry team was professional and knowledgable, and helped guide me through the process. It was completely in a short time and both the client and I are very impressed with the final outcome!

As of now, website is attracting potential clients. Some of the clients making contacts directly from the website. Others clients making contacts using different portals, but they do mention that they were impressed by website and it helped them to make a decision to use offered services.

I worked with Kirill Stokovsky who was a representative of Brainberry Group LLC and managed this project. Project cost was reasonable. Project duration estimates were realistic. Project was delivered on-time. Quality was good, UAT had minimum fixes. No issues after implementation. Quick response time to any requests - given time zone difference it was never an issue. Zoom meetings were always productive. Excellent communication skills. All communication was done in English. In addition I want to give Kirill a few credits for his management, hands-on technical and communication skills. It was a pleasure working with him.

I was IT project manager in the past. I can appreciate good project management and quality of deliverables.

We were running a website that was created when we were an early stage startup. The website was very basic and was neither serving the lead generation nor the thought leadership goals. We needed to change that. Our internal team of product designers and developers was too small to take them off their primary tasks so we decided to outsource the website's design and development.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

As a result of this project, we have a website with modern look and feel and functionality that meets the needs of a SaaS company. Immediately after its launch, the website became a tool for us to generate inbound traffic and leads. A month after the launch we can see that the users are spending twice as much time as they did prior the launch, which is a key indicator that the website's design and its developed functionality works well.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was well coordinated, making sure there are no standstills in the process. We were mainly communicating over email, and I felt well informed in advance when the vendor's team was about to finish the current task and in need of direction for the next one. The whole management created a very good flow with a clear track of progress.

Brainberry Group LLC are experts in what they do. In the beginning, I had questions about certain parts of the project and was very well advised by the vendor on the best practices that could be used for our project. This created a very positive atmosphere and trust that everyone is there to deliver, which was very professional and helpful.

We work closely with brainberry to turn pdf/epub books into .html so that they can be uploaded into our digital library database. These books include text and images. We provide BrainBerry with the book files, fonts, and a specific spec re: format.

After each book is converted, they use GitHub to send us the finished product. We then review the book to ensure there are no typos or format and if passed, the book is uploaded into our system. If we do find errors, BrainBerry is quick to fix them and return the work promptly.

The size of the team has grown, however we typically work with the same engineers.

These file conversions are the reason why we are able to digitally host books on our application and help students learn to read. This has saved us dev time and money.

I personally managed the project and was able to easily send BrainBerry the files and directions. They used GitHub to submit completed files and I would upload them into our system. Communication was clear.

We were showing off-platform functionality and on mobile within a matter of a few months, and were able to further mature the back end architecture as we gained business partners and customers.
