We receive hundreds of orders from different parts of our locality on daily basis and for the smooth ordering we managed to build a mobile app. But it was too basic version and it had a lot of issues including user interface . So we connected with Appsierra to rebuilt the mobile app and to give it a new look and better performance. The main reason for the quick rework was the huge raise of orders that we received during the covid 19.

We wanted to resolve the customer complaints regarding the slow pace of the working of our old version mobile app. As because of the covid 19 we experience a huge spike in the order the app almost stopped working and this made us really struggle to work during the pandemic. So we wanted to built a quality, user friendly application that will enable our customer to order products through our app smoothly.

They recommended going with a simple and easy-to-use interface as it will help in improving user experience and downloads. Instead of doing this that we told, they were giving us feedback and advice. The team developed mobile apps for iOS and Android using native languages . The platform has new features such as a real-time chat tool, saved search with alerts, social logins, and highlighting products according to the tastes to the user. The team conducted end-to-end development. We provided our specifications and old data bases before starting the rework. We then offered feedback and testing throughout the project.

The end product made the quality at high and prevented bugs and issues that the platform experienced. They completely rewrote the previous architecture of the app. The clearest impact of the success of the project was seen in the speed/response time of the app which we had the concerns. Soon after the relaunch we seen a huge spike in the downloads and despite of the huge numbers of downloads and users, the app is preforming well.

In my opinion, they are the most responsive service provider. When i compare the company who built the old app with Appsierra, i can clearly see the difference and impact. Appsierra managed the project very well and they coordinated very well with me and took more responsibility than me. We had daily meetings and received weekly activity reports. I was concerned about the communication between a team with whom i never met, but they were just superb.
