I had a highly disappointing experience working with Caroline during her time heading the 'BlueOcto' brand.
From the outset, the service was subpar. Projects often exceeded the quoted timelines by several weeks, and the final deliverables failed to meet the agreed-upon brief. In some cases, the work was left incomplete, resulting in a half-finished product.

The internal dynamics at BlueOcto were equally concerning. Employees left in quick succession, citing frustrations with Caroline’s inability to honor commitments. Even when presented with evidence of her stated deadlines in emails (e.g., "It will be completed by [x date]"), she frequently backtracked, offering excuses like, "I said it could probably be done by then, not that it was certain." These kinds of responses undermined trust and painted a picture of poor accountability.

After a series of meetings a brief was agreed and at each stage the Development Manager and his team would communicate with us for feedback. Finally the web site was completed on time and hassle free for us.
