I'm an HR for a company I work with. I work for a family corporation with businesses mainly focusing on manufacturing.

We wanted to entice the younger generations to join the family businesses and sustain the family's legacy.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for video production companies here in the Philippines that can cater to our request in making an e-learning video that we can share with all members. Carl Ocab's sample works are the main deciding factors.

We started by having a short discussion to learn more about our company. Then, we were given a timeline and step-by-step process until the creation of the video. We created and wrote the scripts together as this is a collaborative work between our company and Carl Ocab. Then, we proceeded with the voice over. The voice over was superb! We only needed few refinements. Followed by the Story Board and Animation which was on point too and suits our liking.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with Skelly's team. The entire work relationship with them was good. They were able to get what we wanted to show to our target audience.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We showed off the video in our assembly meeting and we received a lot of good feedback.

Skelly was easy to communicate and whenever she is not available, someone from her team will take over just to ensure a proper timeline is observed. They also created a Viber group chat but that was not maximised as they reply so fast in all our inquiries and requests via email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They valued perfection as much as we did and they allow us to have unlimited revisions as long as the deal isn't fully closed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish that they ask us for more meetings so they can help further with the script writing. However, they were able to help us with the sentence construction so it is okay.

After discussing our goal for the project, we have 7-phase design and development process. From goal setting to performance review. They kept us posted on every stages and the staff are very approachable.

Every design revisions we want to see. They always presented different samples of outcomes, and we were satisfied with the designs.

They were able to deliver everything we needed based on the budget we had. They have provided a good project manager and quality developer who performs well. They have been considerate and good to work with. Thanks to their knowledge and perseverance, our website looks great and functions really well.
