Holiday Fusions was a start up agency and we were looking to hire an agency who could develop our website within a quick turn around time and the within our budget. I did a google search and found Captus and we talked with Jim R the CTO of the company and I was delighted with the way he treated us and gave us a complete assurance and a plan for our website development. 

His team did give me a complete plan right from the design to development and then the launch date. I can say all of that was executed perfectly and they launched our website to our perfection. I can say they are the best for Website Development and I recommend Jim and his team for 100% satisfaction and professionalism given to us.

From the start of the project when design were submitted that was the highest satisfaction point and since then i only saw a upwards progress and time delivery of my project which was very crucial.

Captus team managed my project using Microsoft Azure Dashboard for project management and I think that was the best for a novice like me. The project got delivered on time.

Captus technologies is creating the app for me for both iOS and Android. The app deals with women’s healthcare and lifestyle, and they built it from the ground up. We created a fictional animated character and all the movements, narration, and everything that is involved with creating little video shorts that will make up the app. They did everything from A to Z.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

No one has seen it except me and my team, and so far, we are very happy with it. I know that my project manager has told me that the different people that have seen them working on it all agree that it is very good.

Captus has performed very well. We have all gone through COVID-19 together, and we have been doing this with people all over working from their homes instead of all being in the same facility, and they really navigated all of that very well. We used Skype, email, and WhatsApp to communicate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I don’t have much experience with other providers, but for me, the bottom line was cost and availability. They got my idea immediately and made me feel really positive.

There have been some challenges with COVID-19 that nobody could have foreseen such as bad internet connection, but they work as a very good team and at this point I am happy. What we are doing is a big ask, it is very involved, and takes a long time. The work I am getting is really good and it’s worth the extra time it has taken.

The users can join the onging tournaments and also can create a tournament of their own. 

We wanted someone to set up entire AWS server to cope up the load of the users. Captus Team were very good and got our project completed to our expectaions.

We are delighted to say that after having this system developed, we have Lead Process much more structised than before and even the leads churning data rate has changed. Customer and marketing data have been organized to the core.

I was looking for a company with whom I could collaborate and work together for my projects and while searching over web and talking to multiple companies, I found Captus Technologies and I have been working with them for nearly 5 years now and we have worked on more than 50 projects together. 

I must say that their team is highly professional, always delivered my projects on time and they have their pre-defined standards that they follow to ensure QA is done on regular intervals. I would highly recommend them for PHP Laravel, Mobile App, Ecommerce Solutions.

I am the Co-owner and the Marketing Director of an Online Store where we sell apparels and other consumer products.

For what projects/services did your company hire Captus Technologies, and what were your goals?

We hired Captus for our e-commerce system where we wanted to have an online system along with a POS as well. We were looking for many companies and ended up our search with Captus.

We were actually looking forward for a company who can accept the challenge of developing an online store using Magento 2 platform and linking it with our POS backend, so basically a bridge to be created which keeps the stock updated based on the sales, this was a challenge to many companies but I am glad that Captus took this challenge and nailed it for us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We came across Captus through search engine and when we inquired with them, they gave us a free consultation for few days with all sort of documentation and mockuos and made us confident that can do the work for us and they were on the toes for us and that was something that convinced us to go with them.

So we gave them a detailed scope of our ecommerce project, they did analyze it all and came up with documentation and mockups and we had few consultation calls which were free of cost for us. When we finalized to work with them, they had a process and people of their team were assigned with detailed breakdown sheets of deliverance and regular project updates with demos. They used JIRA for project management, GIT for source versioning, SENTRY to ensure source is standard. They were impressive.

We had 6 Lead Developers, 2 Quality Analysts, 1 Scrum Master, 1 Project Manager

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We actually have doubled our sales and there has been a significant change in the cost as well.

They use JIRA as their project management tool, which had daily scrum calls and weekly demos and lastly detailed daily updates. The best part was they documented the entire project with a clear view of the scope and based on that they planned and executed the project. Very happy that Captus gave our project good shape and brought them into reality. Highly recommended.

Commitment is something that amazes me all the time working with Captus, they actually mean their commitments and that builds trust and faith that our project is in safe hands.

Honestly, I dont have any that I can say to them, I'm happy with our experience with them.
