I’m the office administrator of Better Earth Landscape Maintenance, a home services company. We provide exceptional landscape services, including residential and commercial landscape maintenance, hardscape, custom outdoor living, and irrigation.

What challenge were you trying to address with Camberlion?

We needed to increase the professionalism of our website and make it more user-friendly to attract traffic and customers. We wanted to use the site to attract customers to fill out an estimate form to receive a free estimate and hire people, showcase our work, and communicate our values and culture as a company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Camberlion completely revised our website. They redesigned the layout, updated the content, added new features, and helped us create a resource section that would serve as an info hub to increase traffic flow to the site by making content searchable.

I’m the head of sales and service operations at 100% Trash Inc., a waste management and recycling company. We provide reliable roll-off dumpster rental and waste removal services for residential, commercial, and construction projects in Florida’s Treasure Coast region.

After Camberlion was referred to me form one of their current clients, I reached out to them with the goal of building a relationship with their local trusted marketing company. We needed help designing and managing a new webpage and tailoring marketing efforts through ad platforms to match or beat our current rate of return.

Camberlion has helped us create a new webpage, manage our social media accounts, and set up our CRM and phone tracking systems. The clean webpage design and curated social media posts, along with the guidance of our first CRM, have been largely seamless.

We’re still awaiting data, but we expect to see improvements in lead generation, website performance, customer acquisition, and sales funnel metrics.
