The system included user registration, service search, provider profiles, availability management, booking workflows, push notifications, and appointment management. Key deliverables included the mobile app, web dashboard for service providers, backend/API infrastructure, database architecture, authentication, booking system, notification system, and third-party integrations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

 The main result was replacing our manual booking process with a centralized digital platform. Customers could now search for providers, view availability, and manage their appointments directly from the mobile application. The provider dashboard also made it easier to manage schedules and bookings, reducing the amount of manual coordination required.

 Caliber Systems used a clear development process with regular updates, milestones, and feedback sessions. They were responsive when we needed to adjust features or refine the user experience. The main milestones were delivered on schedule, and communication throughout the project was consistent and straightforward.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

 Overall, we were very happy with the collaboration. There were a few changes to the requirements during the early stages, which resulted in some additional iterations, but the team handled them well and remained flexible throughout the project.

The system included employee profiles, organizational structure, onboarding and offboarding workflows, attendance and time tracking, leave management, performance reviews, goals, document management, and HR reporting. Key deliverables included the web-based HR management system, mobile application, backend/API infrastructure, role-based access control, automated HR workflows, reporting dashboards, notification system, document management, and third-party integrations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main result was consolidating our HR operations into a single platform. Previously, employee information, leave requests, documents, and internal HR workflows were managed across several different tools. The employee self-service functionality also reduced the number of routine requests handled manually by our HR team, while the mobile application made the most frequently used HR functions accessible from anywhere.

Caliber Systems followed a structured development process with regular milestones, demonstrations, and feedback cycles. They were responsive throughout the project and adapted quickly when we needed to change or refine specific HR workflows. The project milestones were delivered on time, and communication with the team was clear and consistent throughout the engagement.

The project went very smoothly overall. There were some iterations during the initial stages as we refined our HR workflows and requirements, but this was expected for a custom system. Caliber was flexible throughout those changes and we were satisfied with the final result.
