More early-stage prototyping would have helped refine the user flow. But this was a minor issue, and we are happy with the final result.

Crush is a dating app that gets people offline. You meet at events in New York, and the app
connects you with people who share your vibe.I hired Spaceberry Studio to redesign our dating app and create new branding that highlights
our unique approach. We wanted them to emphasize that our app connects people at New York
events based on shared interests, rather than through traditional swiping.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app is already live on the Apple & Google Play stores. If I hadn’t liked the result, I wouldn’t
have moved forward with development or release. Think that it’s the biggest outcome now.

They met all the deadlines, which was great given the one-month timeline. Overall, things
moved smoothly without much need to push. Toward the end, a few feedback rounds took
longer than expected – nothing serious, but the process could’ve been a bit faster.

They got our vision. It didn’t feel like we had to explain it ten times. They got the energy we wanted—modern, fun, social—and designed around it.

Overall, it went well. At first, the logo concepts felt a bit too safe, but after some feedback, they
pushed further and came up with something more unique, and it worked.
