Byteout Software designed and developed our website from scratch. We wanted a minimal site, so they presented us with a few options. Moreover, the team provided SEO services and guidance on how to reach our target audience. They also worked on integrating a payment system into the website.

We were happy with Byteout Software’s work. The website reflected our brand and what we wanted to depict. Overall, they knocked the project out of the park.

Their project management was phenomenal. We communicated via WhatsApp and email, and they were super responsive. The team was very punctual and gave us a direct timeline. Any delays were from our side, and their resources would provide extra solutions every time.

During our collaboration on the AI native web app intended for tourism, Byteout has developed backend, CMS system as well as custom tailored E-commerce solution, compatible with complex AI recommendation systems.

The project involved migrating our store from WooCommerce to Shopify. This process began with an analysis of the current WooCommerce setup, followed by data migration, including product listings, customer data, and past orders. For us, it was important that SEO was preserved. In the end, we got a fully functional Shopify store with integrated payment and inventory management tools. 

Since there were 2 different platforms and multiple integrations involved, the team needed to have experience and knowledge of both, plus SEO knowledge and Byteout had all the knowledge to do this transition.

The migration was flawless. Our new Shopify store operates great, with improved load times and customer feedback. Byteout's project management was really good, and they kept us informed throughout the process.

The site is profitable, we do not get any complaints about the site's speed or any errors. So far we have been really happy with the end result. And the use is really simple.

You have more than enough meetings with them to really share your personal insights, and they are then embedded into the final solution. They focus deeply on the timeline and catch every single set date with no excuses. I really really appreciate that.

The whole atmosphere - They were really kind, relaxed, and knowledgeable people. Enjoyed my time when I went to them or just had an online meeting. A really great team!

We needed to develop a mobile app for a customer and we needed help from a trusted and experienced developers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Since that customer of ours was running a pet store supply store, we were looking for developers who had done similar projects before or at least had experience in similar niche, cos there are some special challenges and requirements for pet stores on the way. Also, we were looking for someone who has or can provide an API integration with customers website, which is actually the source of information. Byteout appeared to be the perfect choice.

We had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. They already had a feature list they could provide right away but we also provided their team with wireframes and designs and some special features related to the customer business model. Within two weeks, they delivered the first version of the Android app. They incorporated our feedback and delivered the revised version. Before launching, we ran it through beta testing.

For the development of mobile app "Ptice na dlanu" we hired Byteout. The goal was to make a mobile app that is like a bird guide for recognising which bird species have you seen. The goal was to make more people in Serbia interested in birds, especially are focus was on young people and kids.

Software developer from Byteout, Jelena, is a member and volunteer of our organisation. She offered to help us with developing this app.

We provided illustrations and texts, and we explained what kind of app design we would like. They were working on both, Android app development and design of the app. We had monthly meetings to discuss ideas.

In a very short time we have seen the first version of the app. Design turned out to be way better that we have imagined. Before lunching, we run it through beta testing.

We mostly interacted with two software developers.

By now the app has around 18 000 downloads on Google Play and it got only 5-star rating from the users.

Everything went smoothly, communication was very easy. We communicated via email, phone or we had held meetings in person or on Skype. In 2019 they held few promotions and IOS app was out the same year.

They really liked the purpose of our app, so they put so much effort in developing it. They taught us how important the UX design is, especially for an app like ours. So they helped us with UX design, which we think really made our app that popular among our customers.
