What challenge were you trying to address with Business Creative Designs?

We wanted to take our business online.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Business Creative Designs did web redesign and redevelopment for us; they took care of everything, including creating a Google Business Profile. We told them what we were looking for, and they delivered even beyond that; their team restructured our site and explained what they were doing and how everything worked so we could understand the benefits of the e-commerce they built for us.

Regarding SEO, they provided everything based on our requirements; the task was focused on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

We worked with three members of their team, including Craig (Owner), a developer, and a designer.

How did you come to work with Business Creative Designs?

We found them through a Google search, and after talking to them, we decided to go with them because they were local and gave us a good response.

How much money have you invested in this partnership?

We spent around 50,000 Indian Rupees (approximately $600 USD) with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June–July 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were delighted with the excellent output of their involvement. We also noticed an increase in traffic and leads on our site, which they showed us through their monthly reports.

How did Business Creative Designs perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was good; they delivered ahead of schedule and suggested everything to give us multiple options throughout the project based on our budget. Also, they communicated with us constantly to understand whether we were happy or not or if we wanted something changed — their team was very responsive.

Regarding communication, we used phone calls, WhatsApp, and occasional in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were communicative, efficient, dedicated, and focused on what we were looking for.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — they’re the best!

Business Creative Designs has built the website from scratch. We initially provided them with videos and pictures. From then, they’ve taken care of everything. They’re also in charge of updates and maintenance for the website.

We just talk to one person.

I honestly don’t remember. It was many years ago, and we had many different managers through that time.

I don’t remember how much we paid for the creation of the site, but we currently spend about £12,000 (approximately $14,000 USD) annually.

We’ve been working with them for about 10 years, and it’s an ongoing collaboration.

We don’t have complaints, and our clients always find what they need.

We communicate mainly using WhatsApp and emails. We just tell them what we need, and they take care of it.

They’re loyal. We’ve never had any problems with them.

No, we’re happy with their work so far.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I honestly think working with someone close to you is more accessible than having a partner on the other side of the world, but our relationship with Business Creative Designs has worked well. Although we’ve never met personally, we feel like we’ve known them forever.
