We asked them to build us a user friend app where attendees at an event would input their name, email and city of departure and then they would see their flight path appear on a map on a giant screen. Late in the project, our client asked if we could add "fun facts" about the departure cities and they were able to implement that feature in a very short amount of time. Imran and his team were amazing to work with. We were extremely happy with the end product. It worked exactly how we had asked it too and it looked great.

The app was widely used that the event it was for and our end client was able to capture over 150 leads using it. Our end client was extremely happy with the execution and outcome. We also received a new client inquiry because of this project.

Upon signing in, users are directed to a central dashboard, which begins with a straightforward mood check-in at the top. This involves responding to a series of brief questions, adapted from reputable tools like the WHO-5, using easy-to-use touch-based options. This process takes mere seconds to complete, yielding a score and a clear explanation of the results in plain language. If users' responses indicate any risk of self-harm, the app displays a compassionate safety message with one-tap links to relevant resources. Crucially, the app does not provide diagnoses or use alarming language; its primary aim is to offer support and care. Below the mood tile, the dashboard showcases a concise list of tasks for the next few hours, focusing on what users can accomplish immediately rather than creating a lengthy to-do list. Users can easily add tasks by tapping a single button, entering a brief description, and moving forward. Each task can be assigned to a specific context, such as home or computer, ensuring the list remains relevant. A start button converts any task into a focused work block with a timer. During this time, the app minimizes distractions, displaying only the task and the timer. When the timer expires, the app asks users if they've completed the task, need a break, or want to extend the work session, keeping the process straightforward and providing valuable insights for future reference. If users connect their calendar, the app can display their upcoming events, enabling them to plan their work blocks around real-time commitments. A history view allows users to track past mood check-ins, displaying the date, the tool used, and the score. A small chart shows the trend, and tapping any entry opens a detailed summary of their previous responses, along with suggestions for next steps. There's also a tasks view for users who prefer to plan ahead, featuring an inbox for quick capture, a today list, a next list, and an overdue section. The app's settings include options for signing out, deleting their account, enabling or disabling notifications, viewing the privacy policy and terms, and an age gate for new accounts. Our objectives were to: Define and validate a user-centered product When the PHQ-9 score indicates a higher risk for a few days, the app suggests booking a check-in with a doctor or therapist. In cases where the last question of the PHQ-9 is not zero, it displays the safety message again and keeps users connected to helpful resources. Predictions are straightforward and based on recent scores and task streaks, with the app colouring the dashboard tile to set a positive tone. All suggestions are transparent, allowing users to understand why the app made a particular recommendation. The app prioritizes users' privacy, with each user having their own account and data stored securely for their eyes only. The app uses robust access controls to ensure only the account owner can view or modify their records. There's no ad tracking, and data is transmitted securely. Users can delete individual check-ins or their entire account if needed. An age gate is in place before sign-up, and the safety copy is respectful, concise, and tailored to local resources. The app's design is characterized by its calm and clear aesthetic, featuring large tap targets, high contrast, good spacing, and short lines. The mood chips start with numbers to simplify the selection process and ensure consistent scoring. The dashboard asks users to make one choice at a time, and the start button creates a small work block to help users begin without feeling overwhelmed. When the block ends, the app asks a single question and moves forward. The history chart is small and easy to read, with no blinking or competing elements for attention. The brand is present but unobtrusive. Our definition of success is a user opening the app, within a minute, recording their feelings, and selecting one small task to start. Over the course of a week, they should see their scores displayed in a clear line and gain insight into which times of day work best for their productivity and focus.
