Their work has covered both strategic and executional support across multiple new home communities, with the goal of helping us launch communities successfully, build strong brands, generate qualified leads, and support sales performance over time.
On the strategic side, they have helped with community positioning, naming, branding, launch strategy, marketing planning, and ongoing campaign direction. On the execution side, they have handled website strategy and development, creative production, photo and video content, paid search, paid social, lead generation campaigns, CRM implementation, reporting systems, and marketing performance tracking.
One of the biggest strengths of the engagement has been their ability to connect all of these pieces into one coordinated system.
