Bryant Digital handled a full website rebuild for STC Pools & Patios along with the supporting marketing and CRM infrastructure needed to turn the website into a real lead-generation and sales tool.

On the website side, the scope included planning, design, copy direction, development, revisions, and launch. Their team took our initial vision and translated it into a polished, high-end website that better reflects our brand, our work, and the type of projects we want to attract. They managed the process end to end, so our role was mainly to review concepts, provide feedback, and approve key items as the project moved forward.

In addition to the website, they also helped set up and organize our CRM so we could better manage incoming leads and sales opportunities. This included deal tracking, lead attribution, sales automation, and creating a system that also supports our construction process. One of the biggest benefits was being able to connect marketing activity to real pipeline visibility, so we can track performance from lead source to sales opportunity to closed deal.

Another major outcome was improved visibility into our sales process. With the CRM Bryant Digital helped implement, we now have clear deal tracking, lead attribution, and sales automation in place.
