What challenge were you trying to address with Bronte?

We wanted to increase traffic and search visibility. We also needed a site that allowed better ease of use from our perspective and the users. Overall, we wanted to create an informative and appealing site for visitors.

Bronte has migrated our existing Webflow site to WordPress. The team has also established an SEO and schema foundation for search visibility. The goal is to ensure management flexibility and search visibility while establishing a robust foundation for future audience intelligence and engagement features.

We’re only in the early stages of the site going live, so we’ll be following the traffic, rankings, and engagement to see the results. Bronte provided an initial project overview with updates during the process.

Key responsibilities include:

Performing regular plugin and platform updates to maintain site security and performance
Implementing new landing pages and site sections, including product and promotional pages
Supporting the integration of third-party tools and web-based programs (e.g., CRM forms, booking tools)

Making design and layout adjustments to improve user experience and functionality
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues affecting site performance or accessibility

Providing potential visitors information is vital to a destination's credibility and ability to attract visitors to spend more time in your region, thus offering great economic benefit to the region.  The website is a key factor in that decision.  It was important it was succinct, visual and easy to navigate through.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website visitors have continued to grow year on year.  Reaching more and more potential visitors continues to be our focus and we have just added some software suggested by Bronte that should help us determine what our visitors are searching for on our website.  Recently we have noted a longer time on the site which hopefully is a sign that they are finding the information relevant and rich.

Delivered on time.  Staff member would come and visit and we would complete a lot more than if we were trying to do it remotely.  When one is a non it person and the other is sometimes things can get lost in translation so I appreciated the face to face ability to solve issues and work on better processes for our website.
