overall good, but the last items on our task list, we're delayed in response. Hence, the reason for the tardiness of this review. If your last items on a to do list are not responded to, that is the last impression left on a client.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We really like our assigned IT person, Mark.

Are there any areas for improvement or something BRITECITY could have done differently?

I would say during an IT server change over, make sure to finish the last items on a task list. Never say to a client during the process such as Server changing, ' did you, (the client) move the files?? I can't find them, I don't know where they went,' in a desperation sounding voice.

First experience with a FIRM that has amplified capacity to take care of us, rather than a solo practitioner stretched beyond their capacity with clients.

An Email Migration From an old locally housed exchange server to Microsoft 365.

They are our current IT providers.

first, they needed to be able to change the domain over then all of the old email data. many of our machines are different year operating systems.

Grace is a mid-sized church. I am the church administrator and as such oversee all of the business, systems and structures for the church.

BriteCity is our managed IT provider. They oversee all network administration including offsite monitor of all of our systems, equipment, WiFi, and VoIP. They troubleshoot, fix, assist, and train.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

BriteCity became our provider through a transition from our previous vendor. Continuity and knowledge transition was the key for us.

This most recent out of SoW project was an assessment of our aging servers, helping our team to determine our readiness for an entire cloud based solution, and coming ap with new backup strategies. From this point, the project was bid, pricing determined, equipment ordered, installed, and our old servers were crossed over to the new.

I think four, CEO, project manager, and two others.

The project was handled well. No issues. Everything is working well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Fantastic. Daily updates. Daily check-in calls. They are still following up.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am always thankful for how smoothly everything works.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I prefer meeting onsite and face-to-face. The challenge of remote/Zoom, etc. meetings is just not my preferred method but it is how things are done today.

Relatively quick replacement with minimal downtime and to have all functions work properly after replacement.

There was very minimal disruption to our normal processes both during and after the project.

Service oriented. All the team members we worked with wanted to do a good job and provide efficient cost-effective solutions.

The only thing I can think of is perhaps better documentation of issues encountered so the next service person would not have to relearn.
