It had a negative impact. The sales only decreased and the index rating on SEO only got lower. From the 3rd page we moved to the 4th page on Google. The website showed lots of errors, I asked them for a solution, but they never replied my messages.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

No project management and zero effect. I hired a webdeveloper and SEO company which are reliable and whom I can contact 24/7 ,with all kind of questions

Their sales approach was impressive, but unfortunately the results were dissapointing.

We provide an overview of the project and our vision, we let the team know our end goal and work with them step-by-step. We have a dedicated member of their team who provides excellent communication. At each stage of the project we check and text the software and if there are any problems or any changes that need to be made the team gets that fixed before we move on.

What was the team composition?

We work mainly with one person from the development team, who then communicates with the programmers, we found this works very well and both sides always know where we are at with the project.

We are very happy with the software, we benefit from using ourselves and have a great product to help our own customers while generating a good profit margin

Project management was fantastic, working with one member of the development team ensured there was no confusion.

We love the speed of work and communication skills of this team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only thing I would say to be careful of is that the team is not online at the weekends witch is very fair, just be careful not to release your software updates on a Friday just in case there is an issue. This is not a negative point just something to think about if you're new to software projects.
