For what projects/services did your company hire Bright Brains Information Technology, and what were your goals?

We have a very old website need to be innovated to reflect the company image. Also we need to create a set of videos' to be used on changing our courses from physical courses to e-learning

How did you select Bright Brains Information Technology and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for an attractive designs with a good reviews, select 2 companies and negotiate them then select Bright Brains company

The project divided into 2 main deliverables:

- New Dynamic website including:

• 8 main sections and 20+ sub sections.
• Events management & Gallery. -- 4 Subscription forms.
• Admin Panel to update all sections & sectors.
• Fully responsive website.

- 11 New training videos, divided as following:

• 1 Cartoon video for a mediation case (10 minutes).
• 10 interviews videos' with 20+ Mediators' expert.
• The translation from English to Arabic for 85% of the videos' period.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The Deliverables was attractive and professional. they focused on our satisfaction and feedback more than the contract, we increase the website sections with 2 additional sections and they accept that because it will make the website better. Also they suggest a good intro for our logo while we didn't ask for that and we like it.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

They used a methodology called Agile where they deliver 2 videos' by 2 videos' and multiple versions of the website each version include new features because of our request to make it on a limited time. We communicate thru Zoom and take a deliverable each month

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They communicated professionally and supported us willingly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, include more translations language such as French to cover Morocco and Algeria business

I’m the co-founder of an IT company. Our main goal is to come up with creative technology ideas, mainly around mobile applications, and provide IT services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bright Brains?

We needed some help with the development of a mobile application.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, we made mockups. Then, they made two Beta versions and a final version of the mobile app, for iOS and Android. Currently, they’re doing some minor changes in the interface and will release the first Beta version of this updated app very soon.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a designer, one iOS developer, one Android developer, and a project manager.

How did you come to work with Bright Brains?

We saw their advertisement and interacted with them at a conference. We reached out to discuss our project. We really liked the challenging feedback they gave and decided to work together.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together around October 2018, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The most important thing for me was meeting deadlines, which they did. They’re professional, and this engagement is mutually beneficial. We have several more projects lined up to do together.

How did Bright Brains perform from a project management standpoint?

They gave accurate timelines and clearly assigns tasks to the team so there is no confusion. It has been a smooth process; they do a good job. We communicate via email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate their honesty and the way they’ve consistently challenged us from the first meeting. They make suggestions to better the product, make it more compelling, and leave room for future scaling. I’ve not experienced anything like that with other companies.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have asked them to move some of their resources nearshore, but realize this may be cost-prohibitive.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Share your ideas with them. They’ll do it if it makes sense to the end-user. Don’t be offended when they challenge you; you’re in good hands.

I’m the general manager for CityServ. We have a platform where customers can find service providers for cleaning and handyman services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bright Brains Information Technology?

We needed web and mobile app development services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave Bright Brains our requirements. They developed and designed web and mobile apps. There are four applications in total, an iOS and Android app for service providers as well as an iOS and Android app for customers. The goal is to connect service providers with customers. Their team provides ongoing support as well.

What is the team composition?

The project manager is our main contact. Their team includes iOS, Android, and backend developers as well as a tester.

How did you come to work with Bright Brains Information Technology?

We did an online search. We liked that they have Arabic-speaking people on the team, which is my native language, as well as their location, price, and the patience they exhibited.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together around September 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The first version launched toward the end of 2018. Bright Brains fixed some bugs and made changes that we requested. The new version launched just before the pandemic, which put everything on hold. They’re very quick in providing support when needed, and I’m very satisfied.

It has been a good experience. They’ve communicated well as well as shown dedication and commitment to following up on details.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They want to satisfy their clients. They’ve done well in taking care of everything we’ve asked of them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The initial stage of laying out all the requirements took longer than expected. Other than that, we’ve had no issues.
