Briebug has taken our detailed vision of something that has never been created before and turned it into a functioning scalable platform. The team has delivered an MVP that isn’t just a prototype but a functioning business. The platform includes payout systems, world governance, world ranking, and reliable and seamless streaming.

I'm the president of ReachWell, an information technology company. We provide two-way multilingual communication and resource hub services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Briebug?

We needed to refactor our platform to allow us to scale. We originally went with an offshore company, which was initially inexpensive but then became extraordinary to maintain and nearly impossible to update. We needed a company that had experience doing this but also aligned with our core values of social impact and could quickly conceptualize what we needed.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Briebug refactored our platform and enhanced usability and features. We started with the backend and then began working and deploying the frontend. We needed to up our security and allow for lots of data and users while still being fast.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We established an agile process to groom sprints to make sure goals were being achieved. Briebug's work resulted in a high number of tickets, client NPS scores, client renewals, and enhancements. We had an NPS score of 8.8.

How did Briebug perform from a project management standpoint?

Briebug's project management was excellent. They delivered on time. Based on the size and complexity of the project, they exceeded our goal. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
