They gave the platform a fresh, modern look, redesigned the navigation to make it easier to find courses, added dynamic filtering, and developed an interactive dashboard showing certifications, progress, and upcoming courses. They also added subtle animations and a clean, structured UI to make the medical content more engaging and easy to read.

The final design prototype delivered by Bridge UX Design Studios LLP gave us a scalable, intuitive, and future ready platform.

We were building a product and needed help with UI/UX design and custom software development.

Bridge UX Design Studios LLP has successfully developed the project. We primarily measure success based on their delivery, especially on-time delivery, the number of bugs, and the quality of the product.

Bridge UX Design Studios LLP has met our timeframes and stayed within budget. We have a fixed-price project, and all the requirements have been met within that budget. They haven't asked for any change requests. We typically connect via Google Meet, and we use Excel to manage the project.

Jawahar, the product designer, has done a good job. I would also like to give a shout-out to Deep, the senior product designer; Gopalakrishnan, the design head; and Vishal, a designer. They are all doing an excellent job.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their UI/UX design is excellent. From the end user’s perspective, their designs are more inclined toward how the end user can easily use the product. The look and feel of the product is good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Bridge UX Design Studios LLP has been excellent in all departments. However, if they can implement some supporting tools, like a project management tool, it would be a better experience.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you have a more robust project management tool, that would be helpful. From a delivery, technology, and UI/UX point of view, Bridge UX Design Studios LLP has done an excellent job. Nonetheless, a supporting tool would be much more helpful for any client who can easily see the project whenever required.

Bridge UX were on top of every deliverable items. They constantly interacted with the clients and documented all their requirements and converted them to wireframe designs. They always involved us and improvised on the wireframe designs until we were fully satisfied. They followed the same approach for visual design documents. After our initial requirement interaction with Bridge UX, they followed up with the client on all phases of design, without our need to be involved. They provided us with a breakup of time lines for delivery of each visual design items which helped us to start development parallely with the design in process.

Bridge UX Design Studios LLP assisted us in creating our flagship product. They helped the owner of the company design a custom motherboard that allows 4–5 very miniaturized implements to be used on it, which hadn’t been seen in our industry before. 

The team gave us suggestions for the motherboard’s component layout. The motherboard combines a Doppler radar, a 4G modem, and an LCD into one unit that allows us to deploy our product as a single, standalone, small unit that doesn’t require a trailer anymore. The product also uses 900 MHz radio technology.

Once the motherboard was designed, Bridge UX Design Studios LLP assisted with providing firmware for it, which they continue to do on an ongoing basis. They’ve provided suggestions for the firmware’s capabilities, and they continuously update and revamp it to better address emerging issues within the technology. 

The team programs in Python. We provided them with a computer where they installed all the necessary programming implements. They networked into that, so they have a local device on the American cell network despite being offshore.

our workload doubled every month due to the innovative nature of our product. The best measure of Bridge UX Design Studios LLP’ success is that they’ve completely changed the game for us regarding workload.

Moreover, their programming is amazing, and they found an innovative approach to working with our local equipment while being an offshore company. As a company, Bridge UX Design Studios LLP isn’t worried about who does what, only that it gets done well. We’re 100% satisfied with their work; they’ve exceeded our expectations.

The only area where they have improvement opportunities is on the coordination side. However, they’re already addressing that issue.
