We hired to Brebeneskul to generate high quality leads and ultimately reach out to them on our behalf to drive our front end of funnel in the origination process.
Key deliverables were:

• Sub-domain set up to enhance e-mail deliverability

• E-mail outreach with predefined sequencing and A/B testing

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were tracking a number of KPIs to determine how the campaign was evolving, including leads identiifed and approached, bounce rates, open rates, booked calls and quality of leads generated. We generated a substantial pipeline of prospective counterparties and held a good number of calls which will likely ultimately bear fruit within our overall origination process.

They consistently delivered on time, as promised and were attentive in forming their offering in accordance with our gudiance and needs.

We were very pleased with the e-mail integrity service which ultimately yielded far lower bounce rates and great open rate. Overall, the number of leads generated was strong and consistent.

We worked with Brebeneskul on cold outbound outreach according to our ICP in purpose to book qualified meetings for our sales representatives. Brebeneskul team had to conduct market research, create the lead database, create messaging and launch outbound campaigns, handle replies and objections and schedule meetings for our team.

We measure the project's success with their ability to organize and arrange calls, which they have done. They research, target the right audience, and set up the calls — their team has definitely reached their KPIs.

How did Brebeneskul Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

They do a phenomenal job; they're humble, hardworking, and very open, so we can get back to them with comments and feedback. They're also very dedicated and responsive.

For communication, we use email, Zoom, a WhatsApp group, and weekly calls to review what was accomplished and to set goals for the next week.

They take ownership and leadership in the process.

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.

Set up clear goals, objectives, and a framework. Also, continue having weekly calls to see what goes well, what doesn't, and how you could improve the partnership.
