I am the Digital Marketing Manager & Senior SEO Analyst at Ajkerdeal.com, a B2C online marketplace in Bangladesh. I manage all the digital marketing projects and vendor we work with.

For what projects/services did your company hire BrandViser?

We had sudden drops in search engine traffic and revenue in November 2018. So, we hired them to maintain our SEO and PPC.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to get back in search ranking and increase traffic to our site as well as revenue.

How did you select this vendor?

The face of BrandViser is very well known locally, so our company's former digital marketing manager called them to work with us and they had a contract in Jan 2019 for one year.

We just helped them getting started with our website custom CMS and assets they needed to get started. Then they analyzed our situation and developed an strategy themselves. Yes, they made quite big changes to our content and website architecture. We supplied them with all the access to our website, assets and previous reports.

What was the team composition?

We mostly kept contact with the Co-owner and digital marketing manager, Mr. Shahidul Islam. He has a impressive communication skill and he frequently kept us updated with the project status.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They helped us getting recovered from a content penalty and we had a 130% search engines traffic growth and 20% revenue growth from the last year. Our initial goal was to being recovered from penalty and increase organic traffic. But they did much much better than we expected.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicate with them almost every day and they came to our office at least once every week. They were always willing to help and answer questions.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I found a very unusual yet very impressive thing about BV is they do a lot of A/B tests to find the right SEO strategy for different niches. Me being an SEO expert myself, I found this very special skill and most SEO agency doesn't try that at all. BrandViser did so much better than our previous vendors. They actually helped us a lot to get back in track.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They are doing excellent with their digital marketing services. But I think they should increase their service areas as you can see they focuses only on digital marketing. Once i needed a development work and I had to hire someone else for that.

BrandViser provides all the digital marketing services we needed like SEO, SEM, SMM, etc. After a test project we hired them for long term contract.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to provide complete digital marketing solutions like SEO, SEM, SMM, etc to our clients. And our primary goal was to outsource all the digital marketing work but now we are more like partner.

How did you select this vendor?

Actually, they approached us two years back when we were new to this business. When they sent a proposal we asked them for a paid test project and the we found that they know what they are doing and we got everything we needed from them. So, we selected them for future projects as well.

One thing I liked most about them is they are transparent about their process and well documented reports. They plan everything so nicely and executes perfectly.

I have been working with them so closely and they used to attend the meetings with our clients as well.

Most of our clients started from zero and they are now at good stands. Some are got recognized by the Government and made some business online brands. They completed 80% of the projects successfully as our clients wanted.

Their top management is so strong and they have a great communication skills. They call for meeting every week to let us know the progress.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are extremely detail oriented and they actually know what they are doing.  They come up with new ideas every time we work with them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They work speed is comparetively low so there might be a room for improvement. But if we want quality work then I believe they are best in the market.
