I’m the head of web operations for Manfred’s Leather, a leather goods brand and online retailer focused on premium, stylish, and functional leather products for modern everyday and professional use. We position ourselves around craftsmanship, durability, timeless design, and understated luxury.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brandglider?

We needed to build a complete e-commerce website that could properly showcase and sell our range of leather products online. We wanted a professional and easy-to-use store where customers could browse different types of bags, wallets, belts, and accessories and have a smooth purchasing experience.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brandglider handled the end-to-end development of our e-commerce platform. The scope covered website planning and architecture, UI/UX design, complete website development, e-commerce functionality, product and category organization, navigation and UX, responsive design, mobile optimization, performance optimization, and technical SEO implementation.

In addition to the website development, Brandglider also handled the visual content required for the online store. This included product photography for the leather products and the creation and generation of product images and supporting visual assets to present the products consistently across the website.

Brandglider also structured the product catalog and shopping experience so customers could easily browse different categories, view products, and complete purchases. The website was built with scalability in mind, allowing us to expand our product range and online presence over time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The most measurable outcomes were the successful completion and launch of a fully functional e-commerce website, along with improvements to the overall website structure, product presentation, mobile experience, performance, and technical SEO foundation. The complete product catalog could be organized and presented online with dedicated product and category pages, supported by professionally photographed and generated product visuals.

The new website also provided a significantly more structured and scalable platform for managing and expanding the online product range. From a technical perspective, improvements in website performance, responsiveness, and SEO-ready architecture gave us a stronger foundation for attracting organic traffic and growing our online sales.

We tracked KPIs, including organic traffic, website engagement, orders, and overall e-commerce performance after the launch. Based on the period we reviewed, organic traffic increased from approximately 8,200 to around 21,000–21,400, while online sales also showed a significant improvement, with sales increasing by roughly 45% in the most recent month compared with the previous period. These improvements indicated that the new website, stronger SEO foundation, and improved product presentation were contributing positively to our online performance.

Along with organic traffic and order volume, we tracked search impressions and clicks, keyword visibility, product-page engagement, website speed, mobile performance, and customer activity. Search visibility improved substantially after the new site structure and technical SEO implementation, while product and category pages also showed stronger engagement. We also saw improvements in page-loading performance and mobile usability, which contributed to a smoother shopping experience and better overall e-commerce performance.

How did Brandglider perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time. We communicated via in-person and virtual meetings, email, and messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive thing about working with Brandglider was the personal involvement of the founder, Akash. He was present in almost every meeting and even met with us in person several times to understand our requirements, discuss the scope of work, and make sure the project was moving in the right direction. We hadn’t experienced this level of involvement from a founder before. Rather than simply assigning the project to a team and stepping away, Akash stayed involved throughout the process and understood both our business requirements and the details of what we were trying to achieve. That level of accessibility, ownership, and personal attention made the experience feel very different from working with a typical agency.
